These guys showed up to diagnose and refill my mini split with coolant on very short notice despite their schedule being booked due to it being the middle of summer. They did the job for half the price of one of their competitors who I had initially hired to diagnose and fix the problem. They also seemed to know what they were actually doing/talking about, and noticed a hole in the tubing that had gone unaddressed by those who came before, keeping the problem from recurring. I'll definitely use them from now on.

Just based on the process alone I can't recommend My Guys' enough. Other companies usually have someone that answers the phone, then schedules a tech to go check it out, then they get back to you with a quote and say it'll be X number of days/weeks before they can get to it. I didn't need all that, so it's just a waste of time. I've literally spent hours getting quotes. I even bought a $350 portable AC to help because I assumed it would be a long time to get this quoted and replaced. I'll call My Guys' right away from now on.
THEN you consider the fact that the quote came in at $5,465.29 before tax, lower than all of the others I've received. (probably, I'm not sure if the 5800 quote included tax, but it was 4+ weeks out anyway)
Integrity and expertise are the most important things I want in any repair company and My Guys have both. I have had 4 other local HVAC companies look at my AC unit, all connected the hoses and then told me I needed a complete new unit they could sale me for 10-12k. My Guys quickly diagnosed the actual issue (prior repair job had left the vent cap on the fan motor causing it to overheat) and completed a full system check to assure all other components were in good shape. I saved several thousand dollars because of their integrity and expertise. If you need HVAC service this is the only place to call and the only place I will call going forward for repairs or a new unit.

I had Guy communicating back right away to see what could be done to get our heat back up and running. Guy communicated clearly at each step what would take place and the associated costs. He provided recommendations and carried out his work at a high degree of quality. He got our furnace working in no time.
The service was exceptional and I'll be using Guy for all my future HVAC service. 5 star experience.
My A/C unit went out on the 4th of July on a Saturday, and the temperature was climbing. Even though I'd requested a service call through my home warranty company (who told me I wouldn't get a call to schedule service until the following Monday), I was able to contact MyGuys who promptly expedited service. Guy & Michael immediately drove 45 minutes across NWA to my house, and had my A/C fixed within half an hour of arriving. Keep in mind this was the 4th of July, and they are a small operation. These guys work hard, they have superb response time, are friendly, humble and empathetic - as well as extremely skilled and fast workers.
I can't properly express in words how grateful I am that they came out here on a holiday (when they could have been taking time off) to make sure my family stayed comfortable during this July heat.
I'll be using MyGuys for all of my future HVAC service.

My Guys’ HVAC installed a new American Standard Platinum 20 Heat Pump & Air Handler. The Platinum 20 heat pump gives me up to 21 SEER/10 HSPF. I have been extremely satisfied with the cooling capacity when it was warm and now the heating system since it has become cooler. When we first turned the A/C system on, I was amazed at how fast the variable speed fan and compressor were able to ramp up to cool the house and then slow down to save energy and maintain a comfortable home temperature. The first thing I noticed about the heating was it is not pushing cold air through the vents. Instead, it is comfortable warm air.
The American Standard AccuComfort™ system digital control panel is very easy to use. I can easily set the desired temperature by day of week, day or night, A/C or heat and any combination thereof. The thing I like best about it is that I can set and control it from my smart phone or PC just as if I was standing in front of the control panel.
Probably one of the first and nicest things I noticed about the new Platinum 20 heat pump system is the quietness of the system. I can very rarely even hear it running, yet it keeps me very comfortable at all times. My old system was noisy and you definitely knew when it was running.
The system is too new for me to have energy savings numbers for my house, but with the AccuLink™ communicating control board controlling the variable speed of the system and therefore energy consumption, I am confident we will have energy saving versus our old system.
Guy Williams from My Guys HVAC did a professional installation of the Platinum 20 heat pump compressor and air handler. I also had him do some enlarged and additional duct work in my house. Everything was professionally done and completed to my satisfaction. I liked the way he paid attention to installation details.
