If you have a home warranty DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DEMAND YOUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY NOT USE THEM! They will lie to you reachedule time and time again, make your life a living hell on top of everything. The manager/scheduler is a liar and will speak down to you as if your trash. She is scum and so is her company which she represents. They could care less that it's over 100 degrees in your home, kids or no kids. They will no call no show you and then laugh at you on the phone when you're upset. Demand 2-10 to drop their contract with them. Part came in over 2 weeks ago and they lied about when they got it and then lied about having to reschedule because of no parts. They are disgusting.

Excellent customer service and commitment to get the job done right. Originally serviced and the equipment malfunctioned again that night. They returned next day to make sure the unit was ok, and got it back up and running in no time. Tyler L really helped me out.

2 -10 home warranty sent Mechanical Forced Air to my home in July. There were some speed bumps in the process that created some issues but, things happen and the owner and his wife personally came to the house to make things right. An owner who is invested in his company and will do what it takes to make sure a customer is taken care of is seemingly rare anymore. Understand that things happen and no one is perfect, if things do not work out right the company will do everything they can to fix it.

Tyler arrived and immediately began to diagnose my a/c unit. He came to the conclusion that both fuses were blown which was an indication to him that there was a bad fan motor. Within a few short minutes he had replaced the fan motor and had the unit up and running. Very professional and friendly technician. I will definitely call on Mechanical Forced Air for my yearly A/C service. Thanks Tyler!

Mechanical Forced Air is a contractor for my warranty company, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. On Monday we put a request in for the warranty company, and within a few hours we heard back from Mechanical Forced Air. They said the soonest they could come out was Wednesday. I told them that we would have to take time off of work to be there for the appointment time (8-12) and that this was a BIG DEAL to do and asked the woman I spoke with if they were FOR SURE going to be there at the time they said they would. With the 100+ temps right now (and we have 4 kids), this is kind of an emergency situation. The woman I spoke with from Mechanical Forced Air assured me that they would be there, and would probably be the first stop of the day.

Fast forward to today (Wed) at 12p and the window of time is over. My husband, who took off of work to be there to wait for the contractor called to see what was happening and when they would be there. They told him that they never called, and that 2-10 couldn't make appointments for the company. He told them that they indeed did call, and we had proof of the call on our caller ID when the company number called my phone on Monday. My husband then spoke to the "supervisor", who told him there was nothing she could do, they couldn't come out today and scheduled an appointment tomorrow. THEN, they cancelled the work order! So now we have to wait at least another 3 days until a new company can come out. MEANWHILE, it's over 100 degrees out and our house will be this hot and there's nothing we can do.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!

We want to let the public know about Mechanical Forced Air, if you want honest people that are looking for the customers best interest they are the place to call. I work at an apartment community, Carl the owner of Mechanical Forced Air gives us great prices and we love the staff that works for him. Thank you Carl and Gene for all the hard work and GREAT customer service!!

This place has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve called multiple times and no one ever answers. I had an appointment for Thursday and still no word. I’ve had to move multiple pets to friends houses because of the heat in my house. After serving our country I never thought I’d have to deal with this kind of heat again.

I got an appointment the very next day and the technician Tyler was on time and very knowledgeable. He was very nice and efficient. I would recommend Mechanical forced air in the future
