I wish I could leave negative stars. The technician came to our house and told us we had just a Freon leak. We paid almost $500.00. A week later the unit goes out again. No one will return our calls. After further investigation we found out the technician told our home warranty company the unit had a compacitor leak and Freon leak. The technician didn’t want to deal with the issue so he lied. Now we paid $500.00 and one week later our unit is not working. My home warranty will not pay to replace the unit since the technician gave them one diagnosis and us a different diagnosis. It’s over 100 degrees outside. My home warranty company referred me to this company. Now I’m out my money, an ac unit, and no one will return my call!! This is a messed up situation. This company does not care about its customers. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I was lucky enough to have them come in as a second opinion on my a/c issues and they explained what was going on. They contradicted everything the other company was trying to tell/scare/sell me. I felt at ease and comfortable with this company. Friendly, didn't gouge the price of r-22 like the other company, and i felt like the service rep listened to my concerns and offered me honest feedback on my options.

The absolute worst company i have ever encountered in my life, bar none. Started from day 1. Bare in mind i have a 9 month old baby and the outside temps have been up to 109f. Our home warranty company 2-10 contracted these people to work on our AC. They were supposed to contact us in 2 hours. 2 days later, with no AC.. in june, i still hadnt heard from them. When i call, the rudest lady ive ever met advised me "sometimes this just happens, we're busy." I then get an appointment set up for 3 days out. Once our appt day comes i come home to find no paperwork, nothing explaining issues... nothing. All i find is my back sliding glass door off the tracks. The next day i call and she advises me she doesnt know what the tech discovered either and will call me back. Which she doesnt do. The next day i get a call and told itll be a max of 5 business business days b4 my parts come in. 7 business days later, nothing. I call and she says "oh, youre on the schedule today... wait no ones got you on their route. Idk, ill make sure someone comes today." I get home, on a friday evening.. house is nearly 90 degrees inside. I call, no answer. Leave 2 voicemails... nothing. Monday comes and goes, nothing. Tuesday i call, upset obviously and her reply is tbat she will just cancel the entire thing and send it back to 210 home warranty and hangs up. So here i sit, for over 2 weeks , a 9 month old baby and a wife, 3 pets... in the dead of Tucson June heat, and starting over from scratch. If i could give this company a negative 5 stars i would. Never encountered anything like it in my life. Filing complaint with the BBB as we speak.

Terrible service. Called My warranty company on April 27th to schedule service for my ac. They came on May 1st,?didnt fix the problem, I called them to come back and the tech didn’t have any of the parts he needed to do repairs. It is now May 9th and they are saying they can’t come back out til May 11th. My AC doesn’t work, it’s hot and the girl in their office is completely incompitant. I would not use this company at all. I have a feeling my AC will not be fixed for more than another week. I have never had service this bad ever. Next call Register of Contractors

This is the worst company ever. Our AC went out so our warranty chose this disgraceful company to come out. My husband called and spoke to a disgustingly rude receptionist Sharon or Shannon she said there were 20 people ahead of us and that she would call him back with an appt. Well 5 mins later she called him back and said hey we have an appt for tomorrow, Thursday between 12-5. My husband thought ok great I guess she squeezed me in. Well Thursday I waited for the guy to show up and he never did. My husband call the company the lady answered he told her the guy never showed, this was close to 5 pm already. She said she would have the guy call, no one called. The next day he called again, the lady began by saying she never made us an appt for Thursday that it was for Monday. When my husband began telling her yes you did you called me back and gave me that appt. She said well your name came up by accident. Keep in mind she never said on Thursday when we called to say the guy never showed that our appt was wrong or called us the next morning to tell us what happened. No I'm sorry no nothing in fact she wanted to cxl our Monday appt because she was mad. Sorry for my rant, but this is the worst company. We left a message for the owner to complain about her and never got a call back, so I guess he doesn't care either. We cxld our appt and made a complaint on them with our warranty company. This is a horrible company!

BUYER BEWARE! Carl sold me an expensive mini split unit in January and when I needed it most this summer it turns out the unit is defective and does not work. I have left multiple messages and sent him an email and he has never responded. Now I am out $1,600 and have a guest-room with no a/c. Shame on you Carl!
