Technician, Kevin, was on time and very courteous. He was able to source the problem and address it quickly. The office staff was very nice as well.

Worst customer service in the business. My home warranty company set an appt for me for them. I spoke to them twice and both times very rude. I called the warranty company told them my issues and they changed who was coming to my house.

Dispatcher put me on the schedule, then informed me after they didn't show up that they weren't working on swamp coolers, even though I'd explicitly told her I had a swamp cooler. AVOID

These people are so unreliable. My roommate and I are going on day 5 of having no AC because they decided not to show up. Ridiculous customer service. If you need your AC done, do not turn here.

Will be buying from them in the near future.
In about fifteen years or so.. they installed and new system and I hope it outlasts me. 🙂🙂
