Bell AC helps us out almost every year at the greasemonkey. We’re currently in the middle of a remodel. The ac guy that was contracted by the GC. “Did something “ and didn’t know how to get our AC up and running again. One call to bell and it was blowing ice cold In minutes. These guys are true professionals. Honest and trustworthy.

I received great service from the lady on the phone & the service technician. Our technician Caleb was awesome. Caleb was on time, polite & answered any questions I had. Great service that’s why I continue to use Bell Air Conditioning.

The technician, Steve, did an excellent job in servicing our unit. He was very professional and completed the service in less than an hour. Thank you, Linda and Rick

I could write a whole chapter on my experience in the last 4 days with my AC issue & probably have you giggling at the pure craziness that is life. Bell was my 2nd option however will from now on be my 1st. First company I really believe tried to take me being a “dumb” female & take advantage, mama didn’t raise no fool & decided on a second opinion. Mom said call Bell A/C who she never used & wasn’t using for her AC issues. Bell sent Brent & Caleb. Brent fixed the Blower wheel & warned me the motor might have been damaged during the hour it tried to do its job while the wheel was exploded but that it was working correctly & to watch it & let them know if it stops working. 35hrs later I found it not blowing & in utter fear I called Bell. Caleb came out & save me from a warm AZ night.
Dan great company you are running & a great group of honest guys you have.

Tech Brent Duley was literally here within 15 minutes after I called because I had no air. He was extremely professional and polite. He was also very thorough and explaining different options. Air was back on within 15 or 20 minutes. The day before I called Bell I had called Parker and son's, they were supposed to come out that night, they never showed or texted or called. I will recommend Bell Air to everyone!!!! Good value, good service and Very good techs .

Update: Very satisfied customer. JJ has now been able to fix 3 of our ACs!
7/7/22 - I originally went through Home Warranty to get my 1st AC unit fixed (but two weeks has gone by now and they still have not come to fix my unit). My first post above was to commend JJ's professionalism, technical knowledge and experience in diagnosing the issue.
7/13/22 - Our 2nd and 3rd units subsequently died due to overwork from the 1st unit being down. JJ was called to come and fix both units (capacitors gave out). Again, JJ was very friendly, professional and thoughtful in explaining what he was doing and gave very purposeful advice on general maintenance.
7/21/22 - In 111-115 AZ heat we couldn't wait any longer for home warranty! We called Bell Air and JJ promptly came to the rescue again to fix the 1st unit and got us back running! Pics of the before and after included here of just the whip & disconnect. A lot of work had to be done but JJ took care of us with the same professionalism and friendliness that's very uncommon these days! Thanks again!

WOW! PERFECT!
SO, I was not happy with my current service provider especially when I couldn't get immediate service when my air went out. Google reviews for Bell Air Conditioning were all positive so I decided to give them a call. I am SO GLAD I called them. I received immediate service over the weekend. Josh was able to get my 13 year old unit running, but given its age had some great discussion about options. Without any pressure or the typical "Sales Pitch" we were able to come up with the best new unit for my home. The install was set and Josh's advice to cool down the house as much as possible the night before the install was the best! Install started between 6 and 7 am and finished as the high temp of 112 degrees was approaching. The inside of the house never reached 80 degrees!!
The install team Joey and Louis were absolutely the best. Perfect mannerisms and professional install. They actually finished the job long before I expected them to. I cannot say enough about this process and what it meant to me as the wife and I are home full time and given the circumstances, this could have been a lot worse.
Thank you to the entire team at Bell Air Conditioning. We will definitely be working together in the future.

I ask for a second opinion on my air unit.
The people that were servicing my unit said we needed 1500 dollars of up keep and my unit is only 3 yes old.
The tech from Bell look over our quote and our unit and said we didn’t need any of those things.
He could have easily under cut the price and we would have let him do the work.
But he was honest and we really appreciated this.
It’s hard to trust people.
