Derek was outstanding repairing my mini-split. This was more than a routine repair and he patiently and competently explained the status and extent of repairs. Very happy with the response and work from Bell Air Conditioning.

Justin the service guy was really good good customer service I would like to have him every year to service our air conditioner this is the only company that I say that I could trust I've been out in Arizona since 2016 and always will I use Justin if he's at the same company I've been seeing Bell truck for the longest now I can say I'm very proud to use the company and thank you so much bill for having a service customer service like Justin Jerry and Patty

Although he managed to show up. Our commercial facility has 2 units and we had asked him to also take a look to see if anything would potentially need to be fixed soon. He replied with nope can't, call the office.

Our crew Brian, Hunter, Wes and Manuel did a great job for us. Very good communication from the company, punctual, personable employees and no high pressure sales pitch. Quote to completed installation within 24 hours! Worked within our budget and would definitely use them again.

Josh came out to do some investigative work for me. I was told by another company that my HVAC needed to be totally replaced. I asked Josh for a second opinion and he stated the unit was in perfect working condition and nothing to sell me. I am so relieved and grateful!

Bell AC replaced our two old HVAC systems today (5 ton and 3 ton). Manny, Joe, Luis and Emmitt all showed up bright and early (before 6:30) and got to work. They were very professional, efficient and hard working. Manny did a great job keeping us up to date on their progress and answering any questions we had. They completed installation and startup of the two systems by 1:30 and showed us how to use the new Ecobee thermostats. They removed all the old equipment and left a clean work area. We’re extremely pleased with the work Bell did and the competitive price they provided.

Tech was courteous and helpful. Since the initial review we purchased a new HVAC system to replace our 29 year old one. The installation crew did a great job. Really impressed with Bell AC.

We have always had a good experience. JJ showed up at the earlier part of the time frame and I appreciated that. He shared some work that would be done on our gas line in the future after the maintenance work. No complaints.

Derrick Lee was pure perfection in his excellent know how in taking apart and reassembling, parts of the air conditioner inside and outside my home, and to clean the outside one most efficiently, and to install the new CP-22T Condensate Pump I bought.

If at all possible, I would like for him to return every year. Derrick was very polite and answered al my questions and accepted the bottle of water I offered him. His professionalism was exemplary and his workmanship most outstanding. He is the best and most perfect man sent out here to get jobs done so perfectly well. His wife and children must love him to death. Thank you very much for sending me your best worker.
