My air went out on a Sunday evening and I called Bell to see if they could come out Monday morning and I was surprised there was a live person answering the phone and they were available that evening. They showed up promptly and fixed the issue. I slept in a cool home that night! Great service!

Our technician JJ Dominguez was very professional and helpful. He explained what the issue was and took care of it right away. Thankful for him to take the time out of his day to service our house! Thank you for your excellent customer service JJ!

Caleb was a knowledgeable and friendly technician. I've been using Bell Air Conditioning for years and they've been excellent in their work and professionalism. my AC units are ancient and need to be upgraded, I have no hesitation using Bell to do the job. it's about trust and quality.

Josh was very thorough and very professional. He double checked, and triple checked to make sure we truly didn’t have a problem instead of trying to sell us on some thing. When Josh left I was completely comfortable going into the hot season. I will definitely call Bell A/C for any future air-conditioning or any other issues we may have.

I am very pleased with my new heat pump from Bell AC. Manuel and Luis did the install - Manuel worked on the inside of the house so I had more contact with him. He was helpful, friendly, respectful and completed the job efficiently. He cleaned up the area completely. The outside installation looks good too, so Luis did a good job there. The old disgarded heat pump was picked up promptly.

Such a great honest company! Our AC went out, I called Bell Air around 8pm and Josh K. arrive an hour later. He gave us options and his expert opinion. Less than an hour later, our AC was fixed. He was very informative and honest! I would recommend him and the company for any AC problems!

My A/C went out on Thursday and the company I bought it from couldn’t come until Monday. Called Bell and they came this afternoon! Josh even arrived a couple of minutes early, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running in 15 minutes! Extremely competent and professional. No wonder these guys have a five-star rating. Highly recommend!

Caleb was very nice, He introduced himself and we talked briefly.
He is very knowledgeable and explained the work he was doing.
He was kind enough to put my new filter in for me too!
