Great same-day service and tech was polite and competent. Although, I was charged $350.00 for a $20.00 dual capacitor. Unfortunately, People (including returning customers) in desperation can’t be choosy.

Thank you for your timely response. Your company did a great job repairing my ac unit. No issue there. I felt you overcharged me considerably for the part that you replaced. $350.00 for a $20.00 part that took less than a half hour to complete.
I realize that you have overhead including paying benefits to employees.
$225 for labor plus $50 for the part would have been more reasonable rather than $350 parts and $65 for labor.

He knows ac systems and was very helpful getting me the best value for my money. the install team of Joey and Emmett was outstanding. efficient, knew their stuff and got the job done quickly. They went out of their way to take care of me. all in all a very pleasant experience!

I'm a roofer, we did a roof for a homeowner, the ac quit working. I called these guys and they came out right away!! They gave me a 7 to 10pm window and showed up at 650! The tech was quick and efficient, turns out a small fuse blew. 108 dollars later, I have a happy homeowner!! Highly recommended this company. Good price, good value, amazing service.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, they came out quickly to look over our units and the tech Josh was communicative and very friendly. The whole staff loved joking with him today. More importantly, they have us a very very reasonable and fair quote for the work we need done.

Josh represented Bell Air Conditioning as well as anyone could. Upon arriving he introduced himself, I identified an issue I noticed three months ago, he checked it out and reported nothing seemed to be failing or faulty. He worked very quickly and efficiently checking systems and cleaning outside equipment. Finally he assured us everything was working well at this time for 14 year old equipment.
We continue to call Bell based on the continued professionalism of the technicians who have been assigned to our system.

Makano was prompt and thorough with our A/C servicing and heating and cooling systems inspection. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and how things should work. He was extremely polite and professional. Based on our experience, we signed up for a multi-year service agreement.

What a great place! Justin came to our home and was fantastic! Diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered right off! Then got the unit running temporarily until the parts come in! I had to leave for work and he was so pleasant with my elderly mom. We were both so comfortable with him! Locked up the house when he left! He is incredible! Look forward to working with him again! I called Bell Air-conditioning at 9:30pm last night, when my air-conditioner quit working. They were here by 10:00 pm, and found a bad run capacitor which they replaced. We were back up and running cool by 10:30 pm. That's what I call responsive. Brent performed the diagnosis and repair, and talked to me while he was doing the repair. Great guy to work with.
