My house AC went out at 9pm on a Saturday night. Condenser fan failed and started making loud noise.

Called Sunday AM and Valerie helped me find the right part. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Im thankful they were open Sunday. Got it done with her help (and a youtube how-to video.)

Today I had a good experience.
Met Valerie at tne HVAC store and I think it's true,
the sun does rise and set there, thank you.

I highly recommend this place I was looking for a hamster wheel for my AC unit I couldn’t find it anywhere I called multiple places and most places only sell to licensed contractors but this place sells to the public The lady was super nice and super friendly I think her name is Valerie I was very happy I got my part and I’m able to fix my air conditioner before Christmas 🎄

Stopped in to get a condenser fan motor. I was so impressed with their customer service and the way they had a visual aid assembled to show wiring. Demonstrates that they support us DIY customers in addition to the contractors. I definitely recommend this place, also impressive they are open on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer!

Today my son & I drove from Tonopah to see if they had a new blower motor for my son's A/C that quit last night. Once we got there we were greeted by a young lady. She told my son all she needed was the serial number off of the motor (which was still attached to the fan blades) so he placed it on a parts table inside the facility & started taking the motor out. She "rudely" told him "can you not do that in here"! So he grabbed the parts, walked outside & continued taking it out on his tailgate. But because she was so rude to us he refused to do business with her or this place. There was no reason for her to be like that. I would not recommend them to anyone...don't waste your time or money!!! Note to the owner: Be aware of the employees you have working for you & representing your business.

We went in this morning for a condenser fan motor and the woman helping us was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor!
My husband called a couple of times during installing the motor to ask a couple of wiring questions and she immediately knew the answers, everything is now working perfectly, thank you so much!!! :)

I don't know the name of the lady there but she went above and beyond to help us out. She did not have to be so honest but she was. In turn, saved us alot of money. She helped me fix the AC system at my sister's house. She has my mother who is elderly, and her little 6 year old. She is a single mother on a budget so with the help of HVAC Parts and More, I was able to fix it. You do not find this type of excellent customer service these days so to experience this, was very refreshing. If I could give 10 stars I would.

These wonderful people are awesome. Their prices were the lowest in town. Drove up from Casa Grande. They showed me how to wire in the new Fan Motor and everything. Would recommend over ANY HVAC Supply. Most important- They were open on SATURDAY And they have an amazing inventory!!! THANK YOU GUYS for getting me set up. All installed and sleeping in AC again. 😍

Super friendly and nice, great to see a business supporting DIYers, when everyone else is wholesale only. However, as is often common in the world of DYI, just understand that all purchases are final, so you really need to know what you're doing. Especially when it comes to HVAC work, there are some risks involved if you're not educated.

While the replacement condenser fan motor matched the electrical specs of what I was replacing, It didn't dawn on me to check the mounting interface. I didn't discover this until I got home. I had to do some dicey modification to the fan grille where the fan hangs to get everything to work. Lesson learned.

A great option for a do it your self A/C repair project. I needed a condenser motor. Valerie was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the correct replacement motor and capacitor. One suggestion: based on the pitch of the fan blades, determine the correct rotation to blow air out the top of your unit. Then, make sure the four wires (on the opposite side of the motor from the main wire bundle) are connected correctly to get the proper rotation. Switching these wires will change the rotation.
