Brent came out to my home to fix an issue I was having with airflow he found another issue and jumped right on it. Brent even crawled under my house to look at everything as well as took pictures while he was under there, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. He went above and beyond my expectations to get a handle on the situation. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Dominic and Derek arrived on time and fully prepared. Super polite answered all of our questions. I was apprehensive but it was a
perfect out outcome. I will recommend Bell A/C. They cleaned so well, looked like they were never here. Thanks so much and 5 stars to the company from office to installers!

We can't say enough good things! Our a/c broke down on the hottest day and they came quickly, gave us a portable unit temporarily and changed out the whole system the next day!! Everyone was professional, friendly , on time and cleaned their own mess! Even the scrap metal guys they work with that came to pick up the trash after were amazing! Highly recommend!! Armando, Manual, Luis were all fabulous at doing their jobs!

I became concerned when our 23yr old American Standard heatpump started running upwards of 30 minutes to reach 70°. My husband and I decided we should probably look into a new unit. I called several companies that install Trane units. Jake, from Bell Air Conditioning, came and described several possibilities and answered my many questions. I used his information for the rest of the estimates to come. It came down to 2 companies and Bell AC had the best price for the same unit, Trane 4 ton, 15 seer. We scheduled for the install to be done today, Feb 2nd, 2023. Dominick and Nick were here and waiting for daylight this morning. Very pleasant and efficient young men. They explained what they did, showed me how to use the new thermostat, asked if I had any questions and were cleaned up and gone before noon. I'm extremely impressed with each employee I came in contact with.

We came home from a vacation and our A/C was making a terrible noise in the attic. We contacted Bell A/C and they came out right away. Our service tech was Caleb Short. He was very friendly and quickly got to the source of the problem. He explained each step and went out of his way to provide the best and least expensive option to remedy the situation.

We have a Home Watch Business and have recommended Bell A/C to multiple of our clients. Each of them has had a good experience as well.

Bell Air Conditioning did a follow up sale and installation inspection today. Caleb exceeded my expectations. He is congenial, comprehensive, courteous, and competent.
The installers Joey and Emmett were a good team. Joey's interpersonal skills are remarkable.

The tech arrived on time. The compressor on my system was not running. The only tools he used were a drill and meter. He said the compressor was at locked rotor amps. I asked about installing a hard start kit. He said there was on old one there already. When he reinstalled the fuse block, the unit started, as well as the compressor. I said to the tech, it started, can you check it out. He said they will do that sometimes, but the unit is done. I paid my $65 and he left. He was here maybe 20 mins. He was more concerned about getting me the $11,500 quote to replace the system, than checking the operation of the unit. After he left, I called a friend that lives on the other side of town and asked him to come by, about a 50 mile trip one way. He was here the next day. The hard start kit was failed. He installed a new one, added 2lbs of refrigerant, and the unit is working perfectly. It is an old unit, but still operating. Bell A/C has been here before and the tech was awesome. I have confidence in Bell, but this tech is not good for their business nor reputation. I don’t think I have ever wasted $65 like I did yesterday. I gave 1 star rating because he was on time. Otherwise, zero stars is the accurate rating.

He was on time, super friendly and provided outstanding customer service. I would recommend this company anytime. Integrity and honesty goes a long way finding a reputable company and Bell Air Conditioning is at the top of the list!!!!

I live 2 hrs away and manage my SIL and BIL who are disabled. At 6pm I got a call that their air conditioner had not been working all day. On a recommendation from a friend, I called Bell. They had a technician out within an hour and the house was cool by 7:45pm. I can’t express what a blessing this was! Their number is now in my phone for ALL future needs!!!

What a positive experience! Arrived home to find the fan blowing hot air on a 100 degree day. Called Bell Air Conditioning. Within 2 hours Caleb Short of Bell AC was at the house figuring out the cause of our problem. Fixed said problem with expertise and speed. Could not give a higher recommendation!
