We received great service. Trane heating and cooling unity was installed the same week we ordered. The installation was done by Dominic and Nick. It was obvious they had been installing for awhile. It went very smooth and quick. The old unit was taken off the roof and the new one installed, along with some repair to the duck work. It was finished by noon. I could not have been happier. Jake made the initial contact and could not have been better. He really knew the equipment and could answer all of my question. They seemed to really want to make sure we were happy.

We had 2 Trane AC units installed with 2 new thermostats. Everything went smooth and the guys (4) had excellent customer service. They went far beyond our expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Our A/C compressor decided that it was going to stop giving us cool air. After calling Bell A/C the receptionist was able to have a technician come out within 1 hr of my call.
Derek was great he's very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling Bell Air for my services going forward.

We had a backed up overflow that shut off our air conditioner on a day that was 111 degrees. By the time it was noticed, it was getting pretty hot. Bell was referred to us by a neighbor who was happy with the services they'd received for years. We figured we'd give them a try and were pleased with the technician who had the issue troubleshooted in 10 minutes. Within 25 minutes I heard the air conditioner turn on and felt it cooling.

Steve is the man. He was super fast and got me back up and going. He found some other things that need to be corrected. He was not pushy but I spent a bit more money and I feel confident that I’m back up and going. Also their service agreement is great and I at least know that I will be serviced twice a year. All people involved were great. Started with Robert diagnosing and then Dominic and Nick did the installation. Those two did a super job. Pleasant, professional, and cleaned up everything. Totally recommend this business. These guys were great!!

I had my new air conditioner installed today. The technicians were Dominic and Isaac. The men were very knowledgeable and proficient. Dominic helped me install the new thermostat app and hook it up to my iPhone.

The a/c stopped coming on completely. It was a Friday evening.
The person who took my call was very friendly and helpful and she made the process as smooth as possible.
The technician showed up very quickly. He was also friendly and respectful of my situation. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing the fault, then fixed it on the spot. In this case, it turned out to be a quick, easy repair. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell any extra services or push expensive, unnecessary parts. Plus, we weren't charged any after hours fees or overtime. The tech also took the time to clearly explain what had happened and how that was repaired in a way that was understandable to me.
I am very pleased with the service from Bell Air Conditioning. I will certainly use them again next time.

Manny and Mondo installed a whole new HVAC system and hot water heater. They were timely, efficient and friendly. Manny told us more details and was clear in his instructions about the thermostat and remote capabilities. They tested everything and we are thrilled with our new system. They also cleaned the area thoroughly before they left and the pickup of old equipment was immediate.
