Sun Tech Air Conditioning

Three years ago Sun-Tech replaced two of our aging AC units with brand new ones that are far more efficient. The price was superb and the units have worked perfectly. When the AC for our guest casita (20 years old) started making noises, we didn't hesitate and called Sun-Tech again. They are prompt, do great work and very nice to deal with. We had no issues, even though they were working in a very tight space.

When our air conditioning went out in the middle of a Phoenix summer Sun Tech Air Conditioning was contracted with our home warranty program, Landmark Home Warranty, to provide repair. Sun Tech was the only bright spot we had in dealing with Landmark. Sun Tech did what they promised when they promised - always on time and they always met our expectations. I highly recommend them.

My Technician, Will, was excellent! His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He quickly identified and resolved the issue and competently answered my questions. Will is in a category all his own. I’m grateful to Sun Tech for their incomparable service.

The bar, for me, was very low. I'm used to so many other servicers of my A/C unit from my home warranty company being sketchy, late, frumpy looking, not altogether reputible, but my mind has been blown by everything my tech did from Sun Tech.

He was on time, was friendly, knew how to efficiently diagnose the issue, and was able to fix things in short order. It may have only been a blown fuse, and it's tough to put into words, but when you have someone working on something inside your home all you want is someone who you feel knows what they're doing and WANTS to help fix it. That's it. That's what he did and I appeciated it. Here's a verbal high five.

Tech was one time to our home in Phoenix. Very nice, personable and even had some funny jokes. Fixed the issue quickly and gave me some helpful tips on improving efficiency. Great team at Sun Tech!

When my AC shut down on a Saturday on what was to become the hottest day of the year in AZ to date, I had to move my family and pets out to neighbors to avoid the sweltering heat. One urgent call and Sun Tech arrived the next day. The technician was professional and polite, and he quickly identified and resolved the cause. My family and pets were able to return home later that day. Thank you, Sun Tech!

They advised what I needed to adequately replace my old system and I don’t think it is efficient enough. The system has to work hard to keep our house cool. They also used some of the old components with the new and just put tape around them. They did not provide a filter for the new furnace and did not clean up when done.

Finally, there was NO follow up afterwards!!!

Sun Tech replaced an old Samsung mini-split system which had died with a Mitsubishi unit. Installation was as scheduled and the technicians were timely and professional. After about 5 days, I noted the ac wasn’t cooling as I thought it had been. I notified them and they had technicians out that day. Turns out there was a Freon leak. They promptly reworked all fittings and recharged the unit. It has been working like a champ.
While I wish that rework wasn’t necessary, I was impressed with how they handled the situation. Things happen, but the measure of a company is how they address it.

They showed up on time, were professional, went over all of my issues with our system and were able to figure out why we h weren’t getting cold air blown out. Fixed it onsite. No upselling no hassles.
