Sun Tech Air Conditioning

We had their service tech come out for a seasonal tuneup recommended by our home warranty company.
The technician called and gave us an accurate ETA when he left from their office. He miscalculated and arrived about 10 minutes early!
He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our rooftop unit and discovered a capacitor that was worn and needed replacing (he removed the part to show us the condition). Since our warranty only covered the service and not repair he explained what the charge would be to replace it and since he was already there a service call wouldn't be charged. Simply the cost of the part, which was reasonable and he was done within about 15 minutes.
Knowledgeable, courteous, fair pricing and the job was completed quickly. Great customer service!

They came out on the request of my one guard home warranty. The tech seemed a little shady and wanted to replace my whole air handler, which was an expensive and big job. i decided to get someone else out and he only needed to replace the coils, which was quicker and cheaper. said the rest was all good.

The technician was professional and did a good job of keeping everyone i formed of his progress. As this was just a yearly check up, the overall appoint ent time was relatively easy.

The techs sent to repair our HVAC were very professional & knowledgeable. They were on time & courteous. Sun Tech ordered the necessary parts & were back onsite in no time. We were up & running with very little down time. We highly recommend Sun Tech!

My tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He got his work done quickly and then took the time to explain everything he had done to me, instead of just saying that it was taken care of.
I would recommend the company to others and use them again myself.

We had a tricky problem where heat would work sometimes... required a few different service calls. The tech that was sent out always worked as quickly as possible, and explained the issues in detail so I could understand them. Would recommend and use again!

Jose arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem, made the needed repairs, explained our options going forward. Job well done. We will definitely use their services in the future.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Every time this company was assigned through my home warranty a new issue arises and my AC never gets fixed.

The one technician wired our fan so wrong to where it almost caused a fire in our house in addition to frying the motor. Unless you want to spend additional money for garbage work than this is the company for you…

The guy who answers the phone could care less than their technicians are trash and barely want to fix the issue. Also they clearly have a very hard time returning messages to their “24-7 voicemail line.”

After 4 recalls on my claim, I still have a broken AC.

Jose can out for an annual maintenance of our A/C unit. He was very professional and very personable. He checked everything over to make sure our A/C unit would function this summer and gave us a thumbs up. We were very satisfied with Jose.
