What started off promising with Suntech only failed. Landmark home warranty assigned these peeps to me. The guy came out and diagnosed an issue, something I hadn’t heard of, what I thought was basic seemed to be some weird issue. But okay… then we waited and waited from out home warranty(not Suntech’s fault, well a couple days of it was, waiting for paperwork to be sent in to be authorized) and while waiting, and my wife and I calling the home warranty company and suntech over and over to get progress(AZ and 115 outside…100 inside) was only getting us more upset. So we decided to just call another company to get it done outside of warranty. This is when we got a completely different diagnosis that it was the blower motor…and was like.. that’s weird.) and then came the invoice from home warranty stating Suntech will be charging for 8lbs of Freon, which the other company said was totally fine. So we were confused and looked into it a bit more. We got a third diagnosis from a third company and they said it was the blower motor. So we sent the info to our warranty, who wouldn’t help us, saying we needed to go with Suntech. Suntech may be a great company that just poorly diagnosed our problem, but looking into reviews at landmark and Suntech, when these two work together, they get very bad reviews. Enough that we had a couple people say they’re scamming us to get more money(from the Freon) because they know landmark doesn’t pay for it and it’s a simple way to make money. I can’t say if that is true or not, but it definitely seems suspect. End of the day. We got a different company to fix our AC and spent less that what Suntech was going to charge us for Freon, and landmark would help. Took 14 days. (Again, timing is not suntechs fault, but our warranty co. Fault)

Their other reviews are good, so I’d say don’t use them if warranty company contracts them, maybe outside of that they are bomb.

Sun Tech showed up promptly when our AC unit stopped blowing cold air. They quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem. Their follow up getting the repair implemented and finished in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to use Sun Tech again should any AC problems arise.

Sun Tech sent out Tex for an AC issue I had. He arrived during the scheduled window, was friendly, helpful and even helped figure out which unit was the issue as my condo complex did not have the units labeled. I would highly recommend Tex and Sun Tech Air Conditioning if you need your AC repaired or serviced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were referred to SunTech via our home warranty. Technicians are awesome... super friendly. They came out and told us we needed a new compressor and they would order it. We went without air conditioning (in July in Phoenix) for over 3 weeks and couldn't use 1/2 of our house because SunTech never ordered the compressor or got approval through the home warranty. It was pretty brutal. When they did get the part, they were very competent. They gave us no price break or anything based on their major mistake (I didn't ask because we aren't those kind of people). So, if you use them... maybe just stay on them to make sure things are on track.

Sun Tech tech on 6/7 did not properly diagnose faulty thermostat… he just turned on the system from the roof and said: “well it’s working now”
Not until power outage did the system fail to turn on the AC again resulting in another call and another charge to me for the exact same issue. Thankfully I called a different company and the problem was diagnosed in 5 minutes!

Very professional and efficient, they came out and got my AC up and running in less than 15 min. My AC started blowing hot air and they discovered a broken wire and fixed it immediately. My house has been so cool and the AC has been amazing thank god! Great company, highly recommend

Used Sun Tech Air a few times through my home warranty. I was always able to get an appointment very quickly. Techs were on time, knowledgeable, and did great work each time they came out.

Horrible customer service and rude workers. Guy came out under home warranty to do diagnostics, found a flex vent which was unattached. He then bad-mouthed the duct work and never reattached the duct. Found the open duct 3 months later (thinking it was fixed) and called to see if they could come fix it. Lady on the phone said it wasn't covered under the diagnostics fee. They don't care about doing anything right, just do the bare minimum and try and sell you another visit to actually fix the problem. I literally paid for them to tell me there was a duct not attached...thanks.

We were assigned Sun Tech through our warranty company. They had a tech out ASAP, which is essential in AZ. Upon review, the tech was able to diagnose and replace the required components. AC is working well. From my experience, I would recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning.

I can’t say enough about the service that I received from them. Will is so knowledgeable an excellent technician and I would always want him to come to my house. He was professional And well mannered I am so please do not hesitate to call them
