Sun Tech Air Conditioning

Used them through our home warranty company. Very happy with the professional service. The technician arrived on a 115° day and got our AC back up and running in less than an hour.

My technician was very professional and gave me sound advice of what I need to do in the near future. He didn't pressure me into doing it right away but it should be addressed before the cooler weather starts. I will use Sun Tech and Jose again.

They were on time. inspected our unit and said it was in perfect condition and we needed nothing and did not try and up sale us. Great job!!

Jose from Sun Tech was phenomenal. I have had a hard time with AC companies, as I’m certain most homeowners in AZ have also experienced. So many have been unhelpful and/or untrustworthy. BUT SUN TECH did not disappoint! Jose was so informative and honest. He took the time to explain and make really great recommendations. I will never choose any other company, other than this one. And, I will also request Jose. Thank you!!!!

I am little disappointed with Sun Tech Air on their service. After two times visit for their technicians my AC still does not work. Every time they come and change capacitors and confirms that you AC is fine now. But my AC does not work. Their technicians are very professional though and very friendly. thats why 2 stars. I like the way they respond on call but making sure after the repair is miss from their part. Kind of disappointing. They scheduled their 3rd visit today 19th may. I was promised that a senior technician will come today to make sure issue is fixed for sure today. My time slot was 8 to 12. It is 4 PM now and I heard from them when called atleast 5 times that the Techinician's truck broke down but he will be in soon. I think I lost hopes now. My AC is not working from almost 2 weeks now. Dont know how long will it take. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The biggest pain is I have nowhere to go.

Incredible employee, I had a few parts go down at once in a older unit mid - summer. It took about two weeks to get the parts during covid. The tech arrived on time and stayed till 9pm to get it installed before
the next days heat wave. Damn good work.

Sun Tech was very reliable and professional. They fixed our old a/c unit in a timely manner. I was very impressed with their work.

I love getting the text to let me know Will was on his way. He was quick and let me know what he was doing. He did have to come back again but was just as quick and again let me know what was going and and all was fixed. Would definitely recommend Sun Tech!
