These guys did a great job from the start. Will, our technician was extremely professional and educated us on the work he did. Their communication regarding the appointment couldn't be better. I highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning, LLC!!

We had an AC unit that would not operate. Through my home warranty, Sun Tech was dispatched to investigate. While I feared having to replace an older unit, the technician found that it was only a part that needed to be replaced. He did, and we were up and running in short order. Sun Tech was responsive, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Unbelievably poor service. They spent more than 2 months trying to figure out whats going on with my AC. Their technician came to our house 3 times. Extremely rude and when unable to fix the problem he told me to go and get a second opinion. They lie about following protocols; wearing mask and gloves as well as shoe covers but they dont. They sent 2 inexperienced guys for installation of a compressor twice. The first time one of them got fired after a week per the tech, the guy who got tired was Extremely rude, kept asking to come inside of our house to use the bathroom during COVID. They replaced a compressor on a nonfunctional super old AC and dragged their feet for 2 months. They kept charging the home warranty company and not fixixng our issue. They cost us 100s of dollars in APS bill because they are incompetent and careless and let a nonfunctional AC unit run for 2 months non stop because it was too broke to be fixed. Their office never picks up their phone and always schedule repairs 2 weeks later. There is so much horrible things that we experienced with this company but eventually our problem was fixed with another AC company. Please stay away from tyese guys; beyond terrible.

Sun Tech Air Conditioning LLC is a very honest and reputable company to do business with. From the Manager Jose to the installation crew, all of these men are very courteous and respectful of earning your trust and respect in the installation process. When finished, they cleaned up all of the old unit and hauled it away. Since the units were installed, my AC has never performed better. Jose came back to do a check after install to make sure everything worked. Its great to know that a business can be trusted to do things right and follow up. Sun Tech Air Conditioning LLC is one of those businesses.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason, Will, and Jose on sight. I had a completely new system installed and I am beyond happy with the work completed. Jason was awesome and really took care of my wife and I while Will and Jose did phenomenal work. Sallie from the office was also amazing and supportive in working with my home warranty. I would highly recommend Sun Tech Air Conditioning and will definitely be calling them with any future air conditioning issues.

Tex did a great job fixing my AC that was not working correctly. He explained what was going on after so that I could understand and also gave me some tips on preventative maintenance.

The service technician was nice and completed the needed service. The issue came when it came for payment. I did a claim through my home warranty who sent out sun tech. He said they didn’t do service with my home warranty and made me pay for all the parts and labor (which is what my warranty covers). I ended up paying it and then a week later called my home warranty and they stated he shouldn’t have done that and I shouldn’t have paid it. Now I’m waiting on a reimbursement check from them.

Just be careful with what they charge and make sure you look at it in good detail.

The technician that performed our service was named Will. Will was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will use Sun Tech in the future and request Will as our technician. Will is the reason that I would recommend Sun Tech.

I was having issues with my Central Air for about 3 months and had various companies come to check it out. I finally found Suntech through my home warranty, and they were amazing to work with. They were so professional, didn't over charge and the work was amazing. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC assistance.

I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I know they will do another amazing job!
