Received the coupon in the mail and called them over for an analysis for a 20 yr old unit in 2020. It was recommended to be repaired rather than replaced back then and it included a 5 yr member deal. Proceed with the deal and had a working AC for the past year. Barely called them over and was planning to replace the unit this year. Asked for the quote during the free furon trip and called two months later for a new quote. The lady who answered the phone did not put me on mute which I can hear the management's attitude and refused to come out for a new quote. The website clearly indicated free quote any time but they refused to come out which Idk how it aligned with the company's mission and vision to serve customers. Today, they came out last time and indicated they can't proceed any repairs on the unit which the only option is to replace the unit. When I called in few months back, the new quote was rejected and the management did not even want to send somebody out for a new quote. Due to the inflation and demanded market, this company clearly doesn't wanna do business with customers who they can't generate profits from.

The best ac company ever dealt with. Technician Lance was very helpful explained everything they were going to do. Brittany from office very helpful worked late to ensure we got ac installed on Saturday the 30 of may and total us what time everything was going to happen and when.

I found the ad for Einstein’s Home Services on Next Door. In dire need for heater repair, I gave them a call. Within the hour, Carl arrived to check out our heat pump.

He inspected and gave us a complete report on the condition, and explained the options for repair.

He made the necessary changes, got us up and heating again in a short time.

We are very pleased with the service and we will be establishing an account with Einstein Home Services in the very near future.

Happy to have found a local tradesman who offers excellent service at an honest price.

So, I heard on the radio commercial that Einstein are offering $24.99 tune-up service for your A/C. I called to schedule an appointment. I said Thurs or Friday would work for me. Brianna, the office girl scheduled me for 12-4 pm on Friday. I wrote that on my calendar and scheduled my day around it. I would be the 1st one in that time slot, she told me. I was told that I would get a phone call on Thursday to confirm that day/time works for me. Then I would get a call on Friday before the technician would come out.
On Thursday I got no call. Early Friday morning I called their office and asked why I didn't receive a call on Thursday. She told me that I was scheduled for Saturday. Say what?
When I asked for a manager to speak to, I was told one wasn't available. How these people have 5-star reviews is beyond me! Shouldn't there be a supervisor or manager available at all times? I would not trust these people if they can't so much as get their day and time straight! Einstein, the not-so-genius, needs to go back to school for a refresher course!

UPDATE: The office girl got the scheduled day mixed up from Friday to Saturday (she is in training). I was busy for Sat and had already made plans after that for Friday because I cancelled with them due to being upset with them. Then I got a call from the manager when I had already made plans for the rest of the day on Friday. It would have been better if the manager was in the office right at the onset of the problem.

Lancelot did show up in the afternoon on Saturday after I had completed my tasks. He was very kind and professional and seemed experienced. He did find a problem I didn't know I had on a newer unit. I wasn't overcharged, didn't get the repair because it was the fault of a different installer who failed to put a starter relay on the system. Therefore, I will be taking up that issue first with the other company.

Refreshingly honest, affordable service! Called them out in August peak season dreading what they might find wrong with my down AC unit. They came out that day! It was a simple fix, tech was friendly, clean and explained the issue and completed the repair for a very fair price. Would definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends.

Technician was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing in great detail. We have had AC companies come out in the past and felt like we were getting taken advantage of and he really put our minds at ease and didn't make us feel that way at all.

I called at 2:20 PM and there was a technician onsite by 4:30 PM. I know that the temperatures are bad now but it was very comforting to know that they were here fast.
