Merlin's always responds quickly whenever I call. They send a technician out ASAP. The techs are great, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

I had some major plumbing work done by Merlins, and I have no complaint about that work. They returned to replace a water heater about three months later, with some kind of discount as part of an annual "service plan". Beware - with the "discount" replacing a normal 50 gallon water heater that was easily accessible was $2700. Sent them walking and licensed plumber replaced for $1500, and completed the job same day.

Eric was very professional and assuring at his visit. Making sure we would noise and that any mess he made would be as clean as he found it. He was very quick to cover areas so they were not soiled and he cleaned every room to perfection. We are extremely grateful for the service he provided and we would love having him to service our home again. We thank you very much.

Good local company with affordable AC services, had a new install done by them and they were definitely the most affordable quote I received. Although some follow up was needed down the road, they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Will continue to use their services.

Got my heating system repaired by Merlin’s Ac & plumbing and they did an amazing job, and it Didn’t cost me a fortune. I got my appointment scheduled with Joshua’s help and I must say that he was very knowledgeable, patient and Overall kind. Arrived on time to do maintenance on AC. My technician, Lance, was friendly and polite. After service call he wrote a list of things that needed to be done in the future. I had him address a few of the issues l thought were most important. When he finished those repairs he asked if there was anything more he needed to do and told me I didn’t have to pay for the service charge if repairs were made. That was nice! Will use these people in the future.

My AC went out and my home warranty company dispatched a vendor that couldn’t come out for another 5 days. I canceled the service call and called Einstein’s and they were at my home within 30 minutes. Super informative and repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
