The air conditioner is working great. Everything was explained thoroughly about the cost, as well as, installation. The crew was quick, very professional and leaving everything clean. I would recommend Merlin's, as they have great customer satisfaction.
They also had an inspector come out to check on the installation and to make sure it was working correctly. Merlin's is good about calling and scheduling an appointment to service the air conditioner. I don't have to worry about air anymore, especially in these 100's degree temperature, thanks to Merlin's.

Curtis, Bree, Scuba and the rest of the team were amazing. They came right out and looked over our 30 year old unit. They were honest let us know that the units were about to go out. Which we already knew knowing that they were 30 years old. They gave us an estimate of what it would cost that included labor and units which in our opinion was hard to beat if we shopped around. From the first call to everything installed was 4 days. We will always use them for all our ac needs. We are super grateful for Curtis and Bree they took care of us with our old home and now our new home. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

Merlin’s came out to perform a system check and cleaning. They were very professional and courteous. They offered no obligation suggestions and a quote for some upgrades and repairs, but without any pressure. We appreciated the respectful manner in which they offered their suggestions and their professionalism.

Merlin’s/Einstein has always been very responsive and professional. When calling the Home Warranty it took 3 days just to get someone to come diagnose problem let alone how long it was going to take to get the repair approved and scheduled. Merlin’s sends someone out the same day to diagnose and fix immediately if they are able otherwise an appointment is made within a few days to fix everything. They always do good work and are professional.

Estimate was way too high. I was told my home AC unit’s blower motor went out. I trusted them and paid and got receipt and total was 1,295. I asked if that was for parts or labor only? Because my parts were under warranty. The Tech Scuba told me it’s for labor only, that parts were covered under my Trane warranty.
I looked online and saw that it takes less than an hour to replace the motor. I called Merlin’s back and asked to cancel the service appt. They asked why. I told them they are ripping me off. They said that payment also included three years of annual maintenance. There was nothing on the receipt stating that, nothing noting that. I knew then they are shady. I called an old friend who owns an AC company and decided to use them to help me and it was only 150 for the repair and it was done in 40 minutes. Shocking Merlin’s tried to charge me $1,300.00. Be careful who you use. Make sure you trust the company. Veterans AC is very trustworthy and they do commercial and residential. That’s who I used after almost getting ripped off. They were great.

I had these guys service one of my rentals. They did a great job and as I am out of state. I need a company that can maintain my plumbing and ac. I also need them to actually be able to run emergency service. These guys covered all the bases. I purchased a multi property preventative maintenance plan. The price did shock me. at first, then the technician showed me how much stuff is covered. I am very happy with Merlins. Thank you for looking out for my properties!

Had them come out for 6 month inspection. The did the inspection and then the tech went into sales mode, techs are on sales commission. I have 22 a year old unit and they painted a bleak picture with coils rusting, poor airflow, etc. Gave me an estimate to replace, did not mention any options for AC types/brands. Their price was on the high end. Asked for senior tech to call me, never happened. Had another inspection from a different HVAC company, they felt the unit still had more life and it does keep our home cool - no need to replace for now. Had Einstein do duct cleaning before they merged with Merlin. Less sales pressure and more focused on services. The Merlin Tech also wanted $440 to replace a $20 pressure relief valve when they were already on site for the HVAC work. Bottom line, their work may good but you need to watch their pricing.

My wife was contacted by Merlin's Home service who told her for $25.00. I was a plumber for over 40 years and their offer seemed like a good price. They would inspect the air unit, inspect for leaks, and clean the coils. It's 105 degrees outside and 72 degrees inside my home. After spending 5 minutes on the roof I was informed I needed a new unit. I didn't know it at the time my wife had paid the money. Never did he go into the attic, inspect for leaks or clean the coils but without even looking he did tell me my ducts were dirty. This was no service at all. The only thing missing from this 'service' was the gun.

I have used them twice. Once to maintain my ac units and the second time to fix one of them. The always show up quickly and are very straigh forward about what I need. The prices are more than reasonable and the have great customer service to top it off.
