The gentleman (Damien) you sent top us was very outgoing and easy to talk to and was very professional. He went over what we would need to consider in the process of replacement of the Water heater. We checked with First American (they cover maintenance and (if need be) the replacement of the water heater.) So, though we appreciate his concern and the information he gave us - please let him know that it's covered and thank you.

About a year and a Half ago, I had to Purchase a new Heating and Air Conditioning Unit. I had a Discount Coupon that was Gifted to me by my Girlfriend. I had the Company come out to Service the System and what they concluded was that "I needed a whole new AC/Heating Unit".
Well, I had another, "Competitive Company" (Merlin's) come out and give me another "Point of view"! They told me "Everything looked Great. But, I could use a cleaning of the Coils". So. I had them do it for a great price. I feel that Merlins was very up front and Honest with me and I really appreciate this in a Company. As I have once Owned my own Pool and Spa Business with my Brother in the Past and Valued the fact of being Honest with Our Customers, Always. Thank you Merlin's. For being Honest w/ me!

I've used Merlin's a few times for AC tune-up's. They were always on time, thorough and professional. Our unit needed major repair work which would have been costly so we opted to replace with new unit through Merlins and was done quickly. The replacement came with a duct cleaning, 2 years of maintenance and 10 year warranty, very impressive! We chose to go with this company due to their honesty and integrity. This company cares about their customers and not just the bottom line, hats off to Merlins for the hard work they all put in on getting us taken care of!!

Merlin's Air is now my go-to A/C servicer šŸ˜Š. Their receptionists always answer the phone promptly and are professional and accommodating. My A/C broke on a Friday and we were able to a tech out in a timely manner to diagnose (Scuba is great and is very clear about options and explaining the "why" behind the break), and we were able to get a new install the very next day. The manager, Austin, and tech were timely and communicative, and stayed out to get the job done quickly for us in this AZ heatšŸ„µ. They even troubleshot through some odd old house wiring issue, speaking to their skill and commitment to their customers.

Quoted me a price of ranging between $1200 down to $300 after saying multiple times that the price was too high. At $300 they replaced two capacitors and after replacing both, the technician tells me that it ā€œdidnā€™t fix the issueā€ and I might as well consider getting a new AC. I said I would think about it but since other capacitor he suggested to change didnā€™t fix the issue I asked if they could refund it. He said yes. Three weeks later Iā€™m still contacting the office requesting an update on the refund and the ā€œone and only person, the managerā€ hasnā€™t been in to proceed with the refund. Itā€™s only $110 but their lack of moving forward with this refund has earned them the one star. Iā€™ll be filing a claim dispute with my bank, along with proof of agreement of the refund and the emails from this company delaying on the refund. It seems their strategy is to cold call homeowners and then charge extremely high prices and wear the homeowner down with negotiating different costs/packages and warranties and ultimately try to upsell a new AC system.

Also, after having an AC repair guy highly recommend through another source, I did have the issue fixed. It the was the fan motor that went out. It was replaced and my AC is running just fine now.

Rescheduled after a no-show and then they canceled my rescheduled appointment because I failed to respond to what I thought was a courtesy reminder. The company seems disorganized and unprofessional, they don't give windows for arrival you get a 30 minute warning. So you have to sit around all day.

I booked a hot water heater draining and while the tech was here we scheduled an appointment for the next day for another service. I never received confirmation for the appointment and when I reached I was told someone would get back to me. They never called, I called them in the afternoon as I had been waiting around all day, and was put on hold, then was informed that their tech had car problems and they needed to reschedule the following week.
I rescheduled for today. Got a text yesterday in the middle of the day confirming my appointment for the day. I did not respond as I assumed it was a courtesy and was in the middle of my work day. HERE I AM AGAIN after making work from home accommodations and NOTHING> I call and they tell me I have to reschedule again because I didn't confirm.

When I pointed out this was a reschedule and there were never parameters that specified I MUST respond or else they just won't show. So instead of a call in the morning they did nothing, never reached out about rescheduling, nothing. SO I sat here all day waiting and they had written me off, I only became aware because I called for an eta. 0/10 would I ever recommend.

Scuba Steve, Tristin and Daniel are miracle workers!! They came to the rescue so quick and fixed our issues in a day on a property for sale, scheduled to close in 2 days and the AC wasnā€™t working! They fixed it in 6 hours and we closed on time! They worked hard in an attic over 100* and were so kind and quick to respond. So appreciative and will be using them again and again!

I had a plumbing emergency in the evening and Merlin's came out the next day. I appreciated the quick response! They were very professional and nice, and walked my husband and I through the problem. We ultimately needed a sewer line replacement. The team came out within a few days and completed the project quickly. They were even kind enough to show care for our landscaping and return it to it's original state as best they could.

I would find it difficult to recommend your services to anyone after I was left without a/c, which I had before your technician arrived, and the reason was that he installed the fuse blocks for each pump upside down. Coincidental or intentional? I choose the latter since he has a 4.7 rating.

Needed an emergency waterheater fix. They came out right away and when we realized we needed a new unit, they were able to install early the next morning. Very professional and awesome employees/techs. Curtis had the old unit out and new tankless system in within a few hours. Price was very fair as well.
