I have to say, it is very RARE that you find a company that not only follows through, but one that also has employees with respect! Hoffman Refrigeration came to my rescue not too long ago, and not only was the gentleman, Tim on the phone, very thorough and accurate in his communication, but Aaron, the Tech who came out and serviced my unit was as well. Aaron was on time, I received a confirmation phone call from both the call room and the tech (day before and day of) and the price I paid is definitely WAY UNDER what I should have paid! :-)
Their customer service is amazing, their communication is on point and their promptness is Perfect! I recommend them to any, every and ALL homeowners and businesses who have an AC ;-)!!!

I woke up to a cold house during our last cold snap (on a Tuesday morning). My real estate agent had recommended Hoffman. I called Hoffman at 6:45 a.m. and got a hold of their answering service and left a message. Within 5 minutes I got a call back and the nice gentleman said he was going to have the tech who lived out my in my general area call me. The tech called me up and moved around his schedule to get me in that morning. He arrived at about 8 a.m. so within an hour and 15 minutes of my call, they had someone out.

The tech was great. He showed me what was wrong (a dirty flame sensor) and showed me how to clean it on my own.

I would definitely recommend Hoffman to my friends and family.

Got a call from one of their telemarketers, she was very polite and didn't over do it, she booked up an appointment to inspect my unit. Their service guy Marcello came out and performed the servicing and I also got some good insight from him while he was here. All the negative reviews for this company make me wonder if the 1 star review people are scared of getting phone calls?? Grow up people, they're just doing their job..

I was very pleased with the job that Hoffman Refrigeration did on my house. Everything was thoroughly checked and he even showed us pictures of what was wrong and how he could fix it. And it was fixed within minutes. We took our their "yearly" contract to make sure we get their superior attention to anything that could be going wrong. I would recommend them to anyone.

When the temps went through the roof in early June, and EVERYONE was calling EVERY A/C company in the Valley for immediate relief for a downed unit, we were fortunate enough to call Hoffman Refrigeration for our diagnostic and repair.
Their service and professionalism were AMAZING!! From the return calls from the front office, to our tireless tech Frank, to the thorough diagnostics and repair, this company ROCKS!

I have not used Hoffman's service. I have however received three calls in the past week. Owners of Hoffman refrigeration please be aware you are continually calling people that exist on the Do Not Call list we all formally ask you to cease and desist.

Please make the necessary corrections to your business model hopefully that will help you gain and retain customers in the future

We have used HR for several years and have always had a good experience. Recently, Troy came out & did some duct work for us. He was very professional and courteous. The price was fair and his work was excellent.

Very pleased with the service from Hoffman refrigeration company. They showed up on time. Their communication through the entire appointment was clear and professional. I now have a heating and air conditioning company that I can recommend with confidence.

Residential A/C condensor fan stopped running. I called Hoffman Refrigeration. Thanks to their techs depth of knowledge, very helpful customer service, and attention to detail, my A/C is running great again. Would recommend to anyone in need of A/C service.

I was with Hoffman Refrigeration for five years and had spent over $4,500.00 in the past 4 years for repairs on five units not including the $80.00 for each maintenance plan ($400.00/year). I called this spring to scheule the spring maintenance inspection and was told that they are not going to service me any longer as they did not make any money on me. How is it that for five years I had spent a total of $ 6,500.00!!! That is: "not making any money"??? I guess Dave, the new owner of Hoffman Refrigeration, is very greedy????
