The service technician (Brandon) took the time to explain, show pictures, make recommendations in a manner that was easily understood. They go above and beyond to accommodate ...excellent communication from the office, to the techs, to the owner. Reliable, informative and courteous..., very much appreciated !

I received a telemarketing call from Hoffman Refrigeration this morning and as soon as the guy said who he was, I politely said I wasn't interested (to save both him and me time). He uttered the word "Pervert" and proceeded to hang up on me. I immediately dialed the number back from my caller ID and asked for a manager. The guy who answered the phone wouldn't get me a manager but he said they would review the call and take action. And THIS is how you solicit business? I wouldn't even give it a one star but I had to in order for this review to post.

I have not used Hoffman's service. I have however received three calls in the past week. Owners of Hoffman refrigeration please be aware you are continually calling people that exist on the Do Not Call list we all formally ask you to cease and desist.

Sorry my Five star review was something the owner made us do while employed there. Thats the first clue about what to expect. As a company , over priced, dishonest practices causing many to leave n go elsewhere. My advice is look elsewhere and I apologize for anyone I may of referred there before I had full understanding of company operations. Try Howard Air .

The techs are knowledgeable but if you have to have any interaction with the office or owner you will regret using them. A real jerk of a guy. I also noticed that he gave himself a 5 star review here on Google. Be leery.

Great experience, the tech "Aaron" was on time as super courteous. Took the time to listen and then went through the whole system. Gave us a very good presentation of what he found and what minor things it needed to be even running better. Super job.

Super honest polite and helpful!!! :) They offered me a great deal on getting my air conditioner taken care of! Thanks to them it's up and working and I'm not melting during the hot nights!

Our home A/C stopped working and Hoffman Refrigeration got it up and running again same day. Friendly and timely service. Thank you. Will call again.

Informative telephone rep, professional, polite technician. Fantastic about same coming out to fix my ac that same day. Would highly recommend them
