Five Star Air Conditioning

We just moved into a new house. Our AC went out on a Friday evening. I called Five Star to see if they could come out. Dan arrived at 8am the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue.

He got the unit back up and running and it works great now! He made a few recommendations as well that were helpful.

I initially called them because they were close, but I’ll absolutely use them again.

The process from start with Tim providing a quote to Tony and Ashley removing the old heat exchange and AC section to replacement went well and impressed me with the work ethic of getting it done the correct way. From putting down drop cloths to having a crane place the new compressor on the pad and completing the installation including removal of all the dust, dirt and parts went as expected.
I would highly recommend 5 Star for not only maintenance but also replacement of units based on our experience. The main reason I chose Five Star was based on: (1) A personal recommendation by the former AC Person now retired, (2) Continued conversation as to what would be done, how it was done, and a fixed price, (3) The amount of follow-up service for next five years with visits to check out the system for Air and Heat operations--included in the bid.
Saul made a semiannual inspection for operation of heating aspect, worked around our schedule and was a professional providing feedback on what was done. This twice yearly maintenance was included in the new installment of Air Conditioner and Heating Unit. I would gladly recommend 5-STARS!!

Can't say enough good things about this company. I purchased new A/C unit from them 1 year ago. Had a part go bad. Mind you this was a warranty issue. Five Star was there within the day. Fixed it in 3 days only because of getting the part. Tim and his crew are the best. Only wish I had my commercial units in AZ instead of CA they would service and maintain everything I have. Tony and Angela installed two new split system units (AC and Furnace) at my home today and were fantastic! They were efficient, worked well together and were super patient while I asked lots of questions. I will continue to use Five Star Air for all my HVAC needs!

Five Star Air Conditioning was amazing! From the first call to get my unit replaced, they were on top of it. I received updates regularly, and my unit was installed within 24 hours. I highly recommend Tim and the crew for all of your HVAC needs!

Chuck came to our home to service our hvac. He came out the same day that we called. Chuck was on time, polite and respectful. The minimum fee was $59. Chuck discovered and fixed the problem quickly. He did a maintenance service, showed me photos and explained what he had done. I definitely would call these guys in the future!
