The whole experience was great from estimate to install ,Tim and his crew were excellent ! The communication was excellent I was kept informed every step of the way . When Tim found out the unit I originally chose was not readily available and with Hot weather approaching he found a comparable unit . I would definitely recommend Five Star for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Our AC wasn't blowing any cold air and there was some ice around the lines. I called Five Star Air and Saul came to look at our unit, I couldn't lie to him and told him it's it's a while since I replaced my filter. We replaced the filter and since the unit was defrosting over night, he checked all the components and everything seemed withing range. These guys are great!

Saul was our HVAC technician. He showed up on time and took his time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was very professional and gave me his honest and professional opinion on things that needed to be repaired/replaced and thing he advised that can wait another season before being replaced.
