Five Star Air Conditioning

Tony and Ashley installed a new furnace and A/C system for us yesterday. They were amazing !! Very hard working, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Also, cleaned up after themselves and worked late into the night to finish. Would recommend them to everyone.

Just had Tony and Ashley install a new AC and furnace unit as well as add a new duct run to our master bedroom. They did a great job was on time got the work done when said and I would recommend them to anyone for AC/Heating work. Chuck and Tim also were very helpful during the proposal estimate period made our decision on what system to use for our best interest. Great Job folks.

We have been using five star air for a few years now. The people there are always friendly. They just installed a new ac unit for us and were very efficient and worked quickly. We highly recommend this company for your ac needs.

First off when we were in a pinch (AC went out coming home from a trip and on 4th of July weekend) they sent out someone that weekend to evaluate and schedule new AC unit next day all other quotes were much more expensive and 5-7 days out. There team (Tony, Ashley, and Lucas) was friendly, knew what they were doing, and got us back up and running again. I highly recommend using 5 star!

We first met Chuck at the Home Show in Scottsdale on Oct 15th. We took some information on the company and continued on our way. The next week we called Five Star Air and another company to come out to look at our units - they are 16 years old, one the heater had already gone out and wasn't sure about the other unit (we just bought the home 7 months ago), so we suspected we needed to replace them. Chuck came out to look at our poor units and give us a quote to replace them - he was friendly, courteous and honest. We decided to go with Five Star Air because their quote was lower than the other company for the same exact units. The customer service when you call the office is at the same level, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. On Nov 2nd, Tony, Ashley and Sal (I think, sorry if I got the name wrong) came to install our new units. We have a flat roof home, so of course the units are located on the roof. They were great!!! Very friendly, professional, courteous, explained things and made sure things were working before they left. Within two weeks from our first contact with Five Star Air, we had two brand new units installed. That is service!! We are thinking of adding air conditioning to the garage and we will definitely be using them. You cannot go wrong with this company, their prices are good and the people are great.

We were struggling with our home warranty company and went without a/c for 2 weeks. When they finally referred us to another company, even after the warranty partial payment, we would never have been able to afford it. 5 star was recommended to us and from start to finish the job was done quickly, efficiently, and the repair tech guy was very polite. The total price was also WELL below the other company as well. I would highly recommend 5 star.

Great company and great people. Tim came out and provided a great quote beating all of our other estimates. Explained everything to us and let us know of their included warranty. They worked around our schedule for the install. Tony and Ashey showed up on time and did an excellent install. Friendly and professional the whole way through. Cleaned up after install and left area better than they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services. Will definitely be my go to company for anything I ever need in the future. They definitely live up to their name.

The service was great! I had 2 new ac units installed. Completed the job on time, cleaned up after themselves Everyone that came to my house was very nice and professional. Made sure all products were working and I was satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Our AC was having issues and I had a maintenance agreement with another company, but I feel like they were just trying to sell me a new unit I didn’t need. Saul from Five Star Air came and did a full inspection and tune up on my unit. He was very nice and informative, and as for my request, he did quote me on a new unit and when I am ready, I’ll be getting it from Five Star Air. Thank you!
