ProSkill and their entire staff are top-notch. From my first phone call to the completion of the job, I give them a 5/5! From the initial diagnosis with the AC repair tech, Eric, to the remainder of my contacts throughout the entire install, they were all fabulous! Jason was very knowledgeable when presenting our options for a new AC unit. Once our decision was made, the install team was amazing. Doug, Hunter and Dylan were on time, very knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and courteous. They go above and beyond with their attention to detail. Without hesitation, ProSkill Services is the company to call.

We had a complete new HVAC system installed. While we have a tenant in the home and I was not there, the team showed up on time and my tenant was not inconvenienced. They did send me pictures of the installation of all major components showing each unit was installed properly and level. Some drywall needed to be removed and they have followed up with the tenant to have that work completed. I would highly recommend Pro-Skill.

I have used Proskill for 3 or 4 different plumbing jobs in the last several years and every time they have been great. This time was replacing my water softner with a whole-house filtration system. The plumbers who did the job were very professional, arrived on time and did a very clean install. I had spoken with one of them earlier about also replacing my water heater, but haven't gotten the estimate for that yet.

We were very happy with the technicians you sent to us to install our new Trane AC/Furnaces. They were very professional, super friendly and explained everything we needed to know to adjust our thermostats. We know Pro Skill will take care of our needs with our new units moving forward

Our AC stopped working yesterday so I looked for AC repair places. ProSkill Services got very high ratings so I gave them a call. Eric Chavez came out first thing in the morning the next day (which was a holiday no less - and I was not charged extra for that). He clearly knew his stuff. He took a video and explained to me clearly what the problem was - AND - arranged for another person to come out that same day to give an estimate, and that person brought two AC window units for us to use at no charge until our AC was working again. I HIGHLY recommend Eric and ProSkill Services!!!!

I was extremely appreciative of Craig's good work in replacing the water line valve to my refrigerator. While here he realized a few things needed to be fixed outside. I am so glad he noticed the problem, because I may not have been able to turn off the water to my house.
Everything about working with ProSkill was great. My neighbor recommended them because she had a great experience with them also.

There is nothing not like. Tim and his partner were prompt, professional and personable. The price was reasonable and they did a great clean-up at the end of the job. They also left instructions if any follow-up is needed.

Daniel showed up on time explained the options we asked about ,described the pros and cons of each piece of equipment ,and cost.We made our choice ,he came the next day. Installed the unit in a very professional manner. Explained the finished product to us explained the operation to us.Cleaned up after the job was done.We have no complaints, and are very happy with the job.

Karl Palmer from ProSkill services came to my home on time as scheduled. He was very friendly and did not try to sell me services that I did not need. I just needed my system to start. He was able to start my A/C within the maintenance fee. I was very happy about that. He was willing to answer questions and was very personable. I was very surprised. The receipt that I have received by email was very thorough and included pictures. This company is very different that A/C repair companies I have dealt with in the past. I am very pleasantly surprised by having been treated honestly and fairly. Thank you.
