Great Plumbing and fixing place. Their people are always prompt and good to work with. They are honest and truthful with their customers. I for one have been totally satisfied whenever they have serviced my home. I have been using Pro-Skill for quite a while and have the greatest respect for their company.

We had ProSkill come out for a review and estimate. Cody was very professional and answered all my quesitons quickly and with complete knowledge and confidence. We will use them to install our RO system.

I am ready disappointed in the plumbing service I received from ProSkill. After setting an appointment in advance and clearly explaining what I needed done which was installing new shower trim and valve. I thought they would be able to do the work on the day my appointment was set for. Instead, they are very appointment based and if they can’t finished the work before their next appointment, you are asked to reschedule the appointment for a later time within the week. I called another company since ProSkill couldn’t do the job during the appointment and they came out same day and it cost half of what ProSkill quoted me. Set expectations low and just know you are working around a schedule that is convenient for ProSkill, not you as the customer. Also their tech Joe was rude. As a customer, I don’t know much about plumbing terms and don’t need to be talked down to. Thanks!

Jose did our annual inspection today.
He was extremely polite, professional, honest and thorough. He did not try to upsell us on things we did not need and we appreciate that. He did find something wrong with the outside unit and actually stayed on the premises until someone delivered him the part so that he could fix it right away.
We are thankful for this level of care.
