Daniel was able to come earlier than his scheduled time, which was good for me. He had all the parts and knew immediately what the use was. He said it might take an hour, but he finished much earlier. Great service. Nice guy.

From the on-site visit for a quote, to the communication to the technicians performing the work... ProSkill did a phenomenal job. Not only did they beat competitor's price points, they beat the interest rates, they were clear in what we needed and didn't need. They didn't try to upsell me. I did that on my own when they gave me multiple quotes for multiple units and SEER ratings.

I found Proskills after asking neighbors on Nextdoor for recommendations when one of our AC's went out. The rep that came to explain things to us, Scott Bashaar, was informative and did a great job fitting us to the right unit. Carlos and Jose were the technicians that installed everything today. They did a fantastic job, kept me informed, everything is clean and running great. Scott even dropped off some doughnuts and said hi as the tech's got to work.

Could not be happier about the whole process. 10/10 would recommend.

Had work done a year and a half ago and the hose bib started leaking. Called ProSkill and they were out the same day to fix it. Bonus it was covered under their warranty program. Cody was professional, courteous and most importantly, knowledgable. Will definitely continue using their service.

My water heater exploded I had recently used Pro Skills for another service so I called the immediately it was around 11 they had a truck about 20 min away doing another job and had it swing by within an hour and a half. They rerouted the water so we could at least have cold water removed the tank and gave me a couple of options for replacement. They came back the next day at 8 am as scheduled and we had hot water again by 4pm. They were efficient and cleaned up before they left it was a great experience overall.

Jose was amazing. He was extremely thorough. He was able to readjust my heat vent to blow more evenly around my house. It’s perfect now. I’ve been having issues with extra dust and he explained reasons why this may be occurring with options on what things can be done. I have had great service with this company. Very respectful, knowledgeable, helpful and overall nice. A second person came, I don’t remember his name (sorry) who was also great! Thank you!

We were absolutely pleased with Eric’s performance. He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, was thorough and pleasant throughout his process to investigate and identify the problem. He even returned to his home office to retrieve the necessary part and returned to install it.

ProSkill Services team member Pat Murphy conducted a diagnostic review of issues with our home AC systems, and provided initial ideas and solutions for addressing them. We have had several issues with outright dishonest or incompetent AC service techs and firms. Pat and his team seem to operate with integrity. We are looking at next steps for a systems fix with ProSkill.

Ryan Ebert came to do our annual A/C service and was very competent, helpful and accomodating. He does good work and represents ProSkill well.

I contacted ProSkill on their website and within an 30 minutes they contacted me and set up an appointment for today. Tyson came out today and was prompt and took care of my problem efficiently and effectively.
