Could not be more pleased with the service from ProSkill. I had a water leak and the technician (shout out to Tim), quickly identified the issue and made the repair. He was knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend calling ProSkill.

I haven't personally had any work performed by this company but can say from personally experience the incredible people they have working for them.

One of their managers, Greg Weiss, happened to be in the right place at the right time. My neighbors home caught fire just as hes driving by, he stops and was able to manage the fire before it also took our home along with hers and still even stayed to help the firefighters put out the rest of it out.

ProSkills truly has some amazing people working for them and effectively enforces doing the right thing for all people around.

Michael was on time and efficient for our summer check in. He answered my questions and provided details about our ac that helped us understand how it all was working and gave us confidence that we wouldn't have issues keeping cool this summer.

With further evaluation, I've shared my experience with other professionals in the field and have a different outlook. I do feel that I was cheated out of a situation. Like I was stuck with the solution provided for me. The pipe that broke was PVC piping under my sink. The gentleman did not warn me that this pipe could potentially break (which it did..) water was everywhere. He told me after the fact that's why it broke. Being a professional in this - warning the client of the potential risk of changing a facet needs to be a must. There was water damage on my wood floors which they also didn't cover or even go half on the cost. He said he'd reach out to a restoration company (NEVER heard from them). I wasn't going to update this review but I need to speak about it. Customer service needs to be better and I need to be taken care of properly.

I called to set up an appointment for a faucet installation and for them to look at my drain (it was draining really slow). Gentleman they had sent was Daniel and he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was a break in my pipe and water was EVERYWHERE... BUT Daniel did not make me feel overwhelmed at all. He had solutions right away. These things happen.. I was grateful he was able to still fix it and install my faucet. The price was reasonable as well.

Had new HVAC system installed. Very happy with Tyler, the sales guy. Personable, thorough, and seemed knowledgeable. Install techs Kyle and Micheal showed up on time, worked hard, pleasant and quite efficient. Every aspect of this company was proficient and professional, including texts and email documentations. Don't know about the overall value, since this was our first time buying a new HVAC. So far, so great though. We'll see how it goes from here. Been burned too many times, but based on the experience so far, they are highly recommended!

Joe the technician that came and installed my Arsenic filter was top rate professional, from the first time they came out and gave me a great quote, all the way through install and follow up I'm super happy. Greg the manager also was great to deal with and helped answer many questions along the way. Thanks for the great work.

I had a new warrenty with Choice Warrenty. I called them on a Sunday evening and expected service. I called 3 times on Monday expecting service and they told me they were working on it. At 3 o'clock on Monday, I called Pro Skill and they came out and completed the job within an hour of my call. I had a water leak on the wall behind my refrigerator and water on my floor. Many towels were soaked with water. I was getting desperate and Choice did not seem to care. After the problem was fixed I got a call around 3:30 from a vendor saying Choice just called them.
Thank you, thank you for answering my call and fixing my leak Pro Skill. Thank you, Cody for fixing my problem. Cody repaired the problem quickly, was professional, and knew just what to do.

The technician they sent out was a knowledgeable, friendly and kind young man. I was surprised how knowledgeable he was given his age. As a business owner myself in commercial glazing it’s hard to find driven young men who take pride in their work and work quickly! Bravo!!!

We appreciate the professionalism of your company. Service personnel are knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. They give a comprehensive report on what they did and what needs to be done without any pressure. They fix what is needed instead of trying to convince you to replace more than is necessary. Their transparency is commendable. We are sold on Pro-Skill!

I would 100% recommend this company! Tyson is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was here to do the initial estimate for our water softener and RO installation. ( we had 2 other companies come out as well) I was very impressed with his knowledge of what needed to be done. He even placed booties over his shoes when he came. The instal took longer than expected, but he was exceptional at explaining several details to help me understand. He even cleaned every area he worked as well as taking the boxes of the equipment we purchased elsewhere! This company has one worthy and valuable employee! Very rare these days!!
