I would give this company 20 stars if that was an option. We have been using them for years and they are outstanding. They show up on time, they are professional, they are highly competent, and most of all, they are honest. They know what the problem is, they explain what needs to be done, and they do it quickly and correctly. I finally dropped my home warranty because the quality of the contractors was terrible. Multiple times, the home warranty contractors claimed we needed to replace our entire air conditioner because it couldn't be fixed. I switched to dealing with Chris and the team at McConahy Mechanical, and both our units are still going strong and working just fine. When we do finally need to replace our units, we'll work with McConahy Mechanical to do that.

I had a poor install on a new unit. One call with McConahy and all is good. I am not happy I need to pay for another company to fix a new install but Chris was great, the price was right and I have a hot house. I recommend this company because they are the best.

My AC unit went out while I was out of town. Upon arriving home I had called McConahy Mechanical. Within just a few hours Chris arrived and assess the situation. He help me with the warranty of the unit I did a follow up on the next day to see what was covered. The compressor had gone out and a few other issues and him and his team fix the unit that day ! They are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

These guys are amazing! The technician came out same day and helped me isolate the issue. Unfortunately that meant replacing the entire unit. I felt beyond confident in Chris and his company because if his transparency and knowledge. They brought a team of guys in on a Saturday and absolutely crushed my install! I would recommend these guys any day! 10+ rating on quality, craftsmanship, courtesy and timeliness!

Office staff was quick and responsive, and the quote we got on the new unit was good. Good communication and patience as we explored options, got second opinions, etc. Only downside was they missed installing a duct connecting the new unit, but they returned promptly the next day and made it right. the new York AC unit they installed is incredibly quiet and efficient.

The team from McConahy Mechanical did a great job on a unit change out at one of my investment properties. They were effective in the communication both via email and in person with my tenants, they presented options with detailed quotes, they were prompt, and careful with the install, took the time to prep the site and to protect the property, showed us how to properly set up the communication link with the T-stat and were professional thru the entire install. Good work with a good team and I recommend them to anyone.

Mr. McConahy and his associate were professional in demeanor, and their uniforms were clean and had the company name clearly displayed.

Shortly after visiting our home, we received an email estimate that was detailed, and the cost of a replacement system was stated in a cogent manner.

Since this was McConahy Mechanical's first visit to our home, I cannot speak with experience about the quality of the company's work. However, based on the first impressions, and the excellent reputation in social media, I have confidence any work performed would also be excellent.
