Five Star Air Conditioning

We needed a new AC and from the time of the quote to the install was super easy. The whole team was amazing. Chuck came out sooner than scheduled for our quote which worked in our favor since we were without a working AC. He was very helpful in giving us all the information on the different units so we could make an informed decision. Once we picked a unit, they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP. We felt so taken care of on the day of install. They had several techs out to assist to make sure everything was installed properly. Dan, the owner, even popped over to check on everything. The team was here a little longer than anticipated, but they wanted to do everything correctly which I appreciated. It was about 7:30pm by the time they finished and we got everything paid for. There was an issue with our card going through, but a quick call to the office got it taken care of. They truly will take care of you anytime of the day. The whole process was incredibly easy which felt good since a new AC unit isn’t a cheap purchase. We are happy to be in a house with working AC once again!

Everyone during this process, from my first interaction with Tim, to my quote with Chuck and the entire removal and replacement of my 25 year old hvac system was a pleasure to work with. Ashley, Tony, Tristan and Lucas kept me updated throughout the entire process and got cold ac woring again in minimal time. Alot of companies out there could learn a few things about customer care and professionalism from this team of experts. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and specifically this team to work on anyone's home hvac issues. My wife and I can't say Thank you enough to Five Star Air!!!!

There is difference between good and defining a new level of excellence. Tony, Ashley, Tristan and Lucas just installed my 3 ton unit for my office. You can tell they care so much about the experience not just the result but the process in each and every step to achieve the desired result. 5 star air just installed a complete new AC unit with google nest thermostat. They were so helpful and did such an amazing job. I was truly grateful that Tony took the time to ensure the system connected to my phone and worked properly. Ashley went above and beyond with all the details. She did so many extra things that definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend for any AC needs!

Five Star Air has a fantastic team of associates. Chuck was the first person to come out where I ordered Lennox air conditioner and furnace. Tony and his associates came out today and installed equipment. They checked equipment prior to leaving to make sure everything was working perfectly. I would recommend this company to everyone

2/6/23 This was a fantastic group of workers. Tony, Ashley, Lucas and Tristan. They worked well as a team. Very respectful towards us while working. We had a air ventilation issue where 3 rooms did not get proper amount of air. We have a Traine unit less than 5 years old. It had not been properly vented. This crew did amazing work. Cleaned up when finished. Very friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company. It was a welcome change having such great service. Good price for the days work

The Five Star team is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them.They installed two systems + thermostats in our home and worked around any issues that came up. I swear they didnt stop once to take a break. The whole team was so courteous and professional and wrapped up everything perfectly! Really good people and we are THRILLED with our new units - super duper quiet and both work like a charm. We use Five Star for all of our HVAC needs. We were referred by word of mouth and bought 2 A/C units a little over a year ago. Tim sold us the units and Tony and Ashley installed the units. Everyone was very polite and professional. The install was on time. We couldn't be happier with these Ion units, they work great and we saved a ton of money on our electricity bill this past summer. We had a couple mishaps with programming the thermostat and the drip pan. Each time we called, the office was very responsive and sent a technician over to address the issue and fix it immediately. Tony, Ashley, and Chuck have all been here on repairs and have been awesome to work with. I highly recommend Five Star for all your HVAC needs.
