I highly recommend this company for your HAVC needs. I can guarantee you will be satisfied with the service you receive. They are fast, courteous,friendly reliable and honest and care about their customers. It was really nice to see this level of professionalism.

I first encountered Five Star Air at the Home and Garden Show in Phoenix. I was looking for help with purchasing wall unit for a spare bedroom. Chuck came out, did an analysis of the current system in my house, cleaned debris from the ducts, and adjusted vents. The adjustments worked and I did not need an additional unit. Since then I have been using Five Star Air for annual maintenance. Chuck is knowledgeable and honest. I strongly recommend Five Star for HVAC repair, installation and maintenance.

Very fast work, even during the busiest season here in AZ. Had to have a new a/c unit installed. Showed up early, finished early, quality work done, cleaned up everything when done. All this and almost $1k less than other estimates I got. Very satisfied, and glad to have a cool house again. They were very easy to work with and explained everything. Definitely my new go to a/c company.

I had Five Star Air Conditioning install a new AC unit at the beginning of the summer. Tony and Ashley came out, removed the old unit and installed a new one. They were on time and very professional. They came back out a couple months later to check on the unit and were both very personable and friendly.
If I ever have any issues with my air conditioner or need another unit replaced I would contact them again.

We had Tony and Ashley from 5 Star out to install a new A/C unit. They were courteous and professional and did an amazing job. The price was right and they made sure every detail was perfect upon completing the job. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we replace our other unit.

Tony and Ashley installed our A/C today and we have never been so impressed with a service company technicians as we were with these two! They were professional, courteous and took great care in protecting our house as they installed our A/C. The area was left immaculate, Working from home they were concerned that they were making to much noise and asked me numerous times if they were quiet enough!.
To get to my AC I had to move approx. 8 large retaining blocks, after the work was done I went out to only discover that they had replaced the blocks perfectly!!.And these are the largest retaining blocks you can get!

There customer service skills are amazing!..5-Star A/C has new customers for life! Thx Tony and Ashley for the great experience you guys provided to us.

Five Star came out the very next day to replace our AC Unit. They were fast, had reasonable pricing and the installers Tony and Ashley were great! They were there all day in the heat, very professional and did not rush this install.... Thank you very much!

I have used Five Star A/C twice. One was a replacement and the second was a new install. Tim and Dan sent Tony and Ashley to do the install. I can not say enough about their abilities. They installed while we were open and worked around us. They worked clean and kept on task until the job was complete. I would recommend Five Star and the team of Tony and Ashley to anyone. Five Star saved me when I needed to get an AC inspection for my real estate client quickly. They came out the next day for the inspection and were very punctual. Its very simple - Stop looking at reviews and call Five Star Air Conditioning immediately. We had no a/c for 2 weeks. We were working with one of the “bigger” companies in the area and after getting the run around for 2 long weeks, one of our friends recommended calling Five Star. Im so glad we did. Tim came to our house within 2 hours of my initial phone call to assess and give us a quote. He even patiently waited outside until we were finished talking to another company. Thank you for waiting Tim! He was fantastic and we signed the contract almost Instantly. A couple days later, Ashley & Tony came to Install our new a/c unit and they were equally as amazing!! They spent almost 10 hours at our house installing and explained everything along the way. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. Our house is so cold now, I love it! I am so impressed by what I have seen so far with Five Star and will be recommending them to all our friends, family & neighbors. Thank you Tim, Ashley and Tony!
