by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. the lady on the phone got mad at us for informing them of a bad job they did on our A/C unit its been several visits and the A/C is still not working.I would list her name but she didnt want to give it up, she lied about being a manager and owner. i would strongly suggust that no one use them to touch their AC. youll will regret it and spend money that you never had to spend.

Called Extreme Cooling, Inc late one evening they arrived within an hour. Technician was professional & courteous and got air up and running. Would highly recommend.

Rescinded previous review. I talked to the owner and we agreed there had been a misunderstanding and the problem will be taken care of. The technician that did the job was on time, very professional and polite.

Lisa got back to us right a way. Brandon worked very hard to get my air conditioner to work. Brandon was very concerned and worked hard. Got it done. Thanks Brandon and Lisa.
