They literally saved us from wasting away in our own sweat. The Tech that came out was very knowledgeable, and gave us some very helpful advice. Our attic blower had seized, and they were able to come out the next day to replace it. We are extremely pleased with how easy the process was. Great service!

We've had Extreme Cooling Inc service our A/C units for several years.
Our A.C. units were 20 years old and only 10 seer. It was time to have them replaced. I had Extreme Cooling remove the old units and swap them out with new 16 seer units. We also upgraded to wifi thermostats. (By the way: The new wifi stats are awesome!!!)
Cameron, Joe, Scott, and Gary did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and always courteous. Also, they wore shoe covers and masks inside the house. (Very reassuring in these crazy times!)
I highly recommend them to anyone who needs A/C service, repair, or replacement. These guys know their stuff! Job well done!

Extreme Cooling serviced my home recently. I spoke with the "office manager", Lisa, twice in the process of scheduling a visit. Both times Lisa was extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. Unfortunately, she is the face of this business and the first encounter many customers have with this company. It would be smart to have a person who is friendly, helpful and polite as the receptionist/office manager. I had no other issues with the company. The technician was prompt, courteous and respectful. The unit is working perfectly. I will not be using Extreme Cooling again, solely due to the poor customer service provided by the office manager.

Wow what a bad people and company. These guys came to my house thru a warranty company and fixed my EVAP coil in the attic, out at least they think they did. They choose to replace 410 coil to work with R22 system. This alone says that they didn't know what they are doing. At least they did know how to steal from people.
Highly unprofessional tech. First chose wrong components, then didn't get the job done right, then return to fix it after several calls, still couldn't get it right and on the top of that left without telling us. Even though I took a day off and was at home.
Later when tried to call lisa, the front desk lady, she put the blame on the duct work and talked very rude. The owner, Gary also very rude.
Worst experience when come to AC repair.
Please stay miles away. -
Update - The response from the owner is totally wrong. This company doesn't know anything about the AC repair. Choose wrong part, installed it incorrectly, left drain without any glue, unit was installed tilted, etc etc. On the top of that, very rude customer service, Ms. Lisa. I am dealing with a wrong warranty company, "First American Home Warranty" who like to only work with lowest rated contractor of the area.
Called at least 3 more contractor to see the work done by Extreme Cooling and they all were disgusted.

I have used their services at two houses over a period of several years. They are the BEST at everything they do. I started with preventative maintenance, then servicing the a/c units, to 3 complete replacements of the units (which were almost 20 years old). They provided all services in a professional manner and with timely response and results.
Wouldn't use anyone else.

This will be my first of many posts on this company throughout all social media. I will give them the benefit of the doubt with the issues that happened recently. If I don't here from them today everything will be blasted. Also I want the picture that the tech took last night Gary!!!!!!

Time is now up. So this company chalked up our issues to our thermostat being incorrect after 6 service calls in a 3 week period. Well I asked them to come back for a second opinion yesterday after their stellar diaognosis, which they did, and the second guy showed us that the thermostat was spot on and even took a photo of it. I contacted my warranty company to make sure they were updated but my warranty company advised that extreme cooling is now done with us. Extreme cooling is refusing to update the fact that our thermostats actually are working perfectly and they refuse to show the picture that the tech took as proof. Not sure if it's because of pride or that they don't want to be responsible for the warranty company having to pay for new condensers. We now sit in our home again with very hot temperatures waiting to start over with a new company. This is the only company I have ever written a negative review about, I am doing this because our family has been subjected to extreme heat in our home with small children with zero concern from extreme cooling. Be very careful if you are considering this company.

Scott and Cory were excellent to get our a/c unit repaired. Stayed late to try to get us a/c in the late evening but had to order/get control board and were back next day to complete the repair. Customer Friendly and Responsive. I will Always contact them for any a/c needs.

Awesome company. If you want fast, friendly service you can trust at a reasonable rate call this company. We got a 2 hour window with same day service and they called with 30 minutes notice of arrival. Technicians were friendly & knew what they were doing. Customer service was great. Highly recommend!!!!

We recently purchased a new home, and had some small issues with the ac. The customer service was nice and worked with my schedule, and the tech was friendly, efficient, and even gave me suggestions on how to help lower my ac costs. I'm definitely keeping them in my contact list!

Unfortunately I had a freezer go out in my pet food store on a Monday. Gary had a brand new condenser arrive within 2 days and the tech was there that day to fix it. Tech was great. I will be using them regularly for service from here on out! Thanks guys!
