Mountainside Air

Called in early Saturday and had the entire HVAC system replaced first thing Monday morning they were here sharp at 8:00am. Tom took good care of us. We had to have a crane deliver our replacement. Raul and Abraham did a phenomenal job! Thank you!

Excellent company and outstanding crew. Had a new AC installed under 24 hours after calling them. And they were all highly informative and professional.
First company I called took 2 days to come out and then never called to schedule a time to do the work or returned my calls to get a quote together.

I’m very happy with my experience with Mountainside Air. My AC stopped blowing cold air and even though I didn’t call until 5pm they had someone to my house by 6:30 pm. Tom was very professional and thorough, taking the time to explain everything he was doing and what he saw including showing me pictures he took of the unit and the things he noticed. I will definitely be using them for any other AC needs in the future.

I feel like Mountainside Air has saved me twice now, and both times were same day which is imperative in Phoenix, AZ. They gave clear options, explained the process, and I love the website that let's me see how close they are to arriving.

First, they saved my home's A/C and it's been running well ever since. About a month later they had to make a repair at my townhome rental. Another quick fix *on a Sunday* and my renters shared they did not feel inconvenienced.

I don't want to have to use Mountainside Air's services that regularly, but I'm glad I know a dependable repair service when needed.

I appreciate Tom responding quickly to repair our split unit AC when the cool air stopped blowing out of the vent. He check the whole unit and only found the fan motor stopped working. Thank you!

We finally had to have our 20 year old A/C unit replaced. When I reached out to Mountainside Air they were responsive and I could tell they were concerned with getting us what we needed. The team of technicians worked quickly to get the A/C installed and the ductwork updated. Everyone was thoughtful and courteous in my home.
