We had our 2 units serviced for the summer. They did a GREAT job. They were very thorough, and took their time, and made sure to clean our coils, etc. In the past we have had tune-ups where the technicians were in and out so fast, you wondered what they really did. Not in this case... You could tell the technician took pride in what he was doing, and spent the time needed to thoroughly check out our systems. He also wore booties, a facemask and was very clean! Thank you, and I would highly recommend Extreme Cooling.

Beware!!! of this company. The technician say something to you and put something in their notes. If you complain about this bad professional conduct, the manager freaks out. I had a terrible experience and suggest not to go with them. My ac unit was leaking and technician told me that he don't know the reason and will probably have to contact trane (manufacurer to get the details), he also told me getting a coil cleaned is 50% chances to which I said first understand the problem and then get it cleaned. They shared the report with my home warranty company that coils need to be cleaned to further diagnose. When I called "Extreme Cooling" the manager told me that I refused the coil cleaning and when I said it's wrong she started argument.

Updated: Hope your manager could have shown same professionalism while talking over the phone (instead of showing frustration of not being able to address the issue). As suggested by manager I will get a different company to cleanup the coil.

Updated: I got Trane authorized dealer and first thing he said no need for the coil cleanup and they fixed the issue in one go. I think you have to work in getting good technician too.

Cameron showed up right on time and was so polite and efficient. He was very thorough and went over what he did to service the AC unit.
Scheduling my appointment was also a breeze. I also know the owners are people of high integrity. Way to go Extreme Cooling! I will definitely recommend you every chance I get!

Sunday afternoon, we started hearing our air conditioner make high pitch squeals. We knew something was wrong. Monday morning I kept hearing the air turn on , off, on and off constantly. We knew what the problem was and called an AC company, they said they couldn't come out to service our machine for around 30 hours, we would have to wait another day + half. The temperature was quickly rising, we were at almost 90 degrees inside. With 7 month old twins, we couldn't wait 30 + hours without AC. My husband called Gary, he had someone out to us within an hour. They had it fixed asap and saved us a trip to stay somewhere else for the night. (Which just seems like a huge hassle with 2 infants)

Found this company through our home warranty. Lisa at the office/dispatch was very helpful walking us through the process of dealing with a home warranty. Our tech, Joe was great too. Fixed our AC like brand new. Very happy.

I don't know where to start... My AC went out and the prior AC tech made things worse. Finally after so many complaints and calls to the warranty company I was told Extreme Cooling was assigned to my order. Lisa called me and got me scheduled ASAP. Tech came and let me tell you he went above and beyond! An extra mile... Didn't come to do a quick fix. apparently a new AC was needed ... Want I liked about this company is the explanation they provided of the process. I went 5 days without AC, however Extreme Cooling took care of me within the 2 days ... And I got a new AC unit. Of course the warranty covered most BUT the fact that this technician went above and beyond instead of a quick fix .. I'm by far grateful! Thank you!!!!

We had a blower motor go out and had another company come and look at it. They not only didn’t fix my issue but made it worst, I called extreme cooling and they promptly came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 24 hrs. Their technicians are professional, highly skilled technicians and will always recommend them. They did a great job and even tested the system throughly to ensure proper functionality. Extreme Cooling came out back in August to fix our AC unit after many attempts by other companies. Since we were going thru a home warranty company things were taking forever. I've been meaning to write a review for a few months... I got a case of the COVID Crazies and well... I'm getting around to it now. The team at Extreme Cooling has been great. The HVAC system on my roof experienced an issue with a vital control system within it causing some strange behavior from the unit. Long story short, I spoke with Gary (the owner) and after some discussion we agreed on a possible solution. He sent two technicians out to my house (Scott was one of the techs) and within about 45 minutes they were able to repair the malfunctioning part. I now have sweet sweet conditioned air. Thanks Extreme Cooling!
