In the middle of summer, July of 2022 our AC stopped working. It got extremely hot in our home very fast. When we called Jesse at Affordable Comfort, he was extremely quick to respond. He came out within a couple hours to assess the problem. Unfortunately we needed an entirely new AC unit. He was able to get cool air flowing while he got our new unit. He came back and installed the new unit as soon as he received it. I can’t say enough good things about Jesse and Affordable Comfort. The integrity, professionalism and friendliness of Jesse and Affordable Comfort is absolutely top notch. Thanks for taking care of our AC issues so quickly!
I have only used Affordable Comfort twice but both times Jesse and the team have been awesome. I wouldn’t think about using any other company. They’re honest, fair and fortunately very quick when it comes to installation and repair. Summers down here can be brutal especially when your AC completely goes out. Thanks y’all for making my experience so much less stressful for my kids and I. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs it!
Affordable Comfort was great! We had a situation where our air conditioner was blowing hot air at midnight in the middle of extreme weather temps. They were super responsive, reasonably priced to accommodate at midnight and were able to quickly fix the situation. All while keeping a smile on their face. I truly appreciate them coming out and working hard to fix our issue even at midnight. We will continue to use Affordable Comfort because of their great customer service and personal touch!
I would like to commend Jesse of Affordable Comfort for fixing an Air Conditioning Issue. Jesse was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues. He is articulate and demonstrated his expertise. He made sure I understood the issues and told me exactly how he would fix it. I was very impressed with Jesse and would recommend him highly for HVAC repairs. Affordable Comfort is fortunate to have employees like Jesse.
UPDATE: Finally got w Valerie. She called and spoke calmly with me. She straightened everything out after being left a mess. She sent in the correct paperwork and the terms are correct now and what I was promised. So thank you, Valerie, for taking care of that, and basically saving the company.
I would not recommend Affordable Comfort EVER. The tech, Troy, came to my house and informed me I needed a new unit. It was $8800, but they could give me 60 months interest free financing. Great. Sign me up. I asked about paperwork. They told me there is no paperwork. Wells Fargo will send it with the retail credit card. I did not get 60 months zero interest as promised. I am being charged interest to the tune of 9.9%! I contacted Jesse and explained all this. He did nothing but speed talk over me and try to spin it saying that’s the interest you would pay if you had to pay it. No, Jesse. That is not. I am being charged interest. It is affecting my balance. I filed a dispute. It has yet to be resolved. This company CANNOT be trusted. I don’t recommend it.
I was assigned Affordable Comfort by my home warranty company when my AC went out. He was scheduled to be here at 11am and at 12:30 I texted just to make sure he was still on the way. At that time it was about 89 degrees in our house. We have several pets and a six month old baby here. Clearly, 89 degrees isn't deadly or anything, but it is very uncomfortable for the baby. Got a reply to my text simply asking for a name, which I gave along with an address. No reply assuring me that he would be here. 3:45 rolls around and I try to call and receive the voicemail. No answer. So now it's 91 degrees in here and the baby is screaming. I call the home warranty company and they were able to get dude to answer his phone cuz, ya know, money. Come to find out that he apparently decided that he didn't want to drive that far to get to my house today. It's Friday. That would cut into Miller time. No heads up, no reply to my text, no phone call. Just wait until the absolute end of the day on a Friday and ghost a client. Perfect. Now I have to wait until Monday to even have someone look at the thing. If I could give negative stars I would! Very unprofessional! Do NOT use this company.

We were told we needed a replacement part which was being extremely over charged for, after which getting another opinion, that was never even needed! Always, get a second opinion! What a dishonest company!
