Chuck and his crew were great to work with. They installed a new system at my house yesterday. Felt confident they knew what they were doing. They did the install effectively and efficiently. They cleaned up after the work was done and it felt like they were doing the install at their own house. Would recommend them to anyone.

Charged 189 dollars for 5 min worth of NOT quality work. Wanted a drain line ran off roof line Guy was obviously not happy to be here working which is fine But couldn't take 10 more minutes to bring it over my roof line,but then immediately sent someone back out the next Monday to fix the problem and threw in a free credit for work to be done Anthony was the man who fixed the problem quick will always refer them to friends and family

My A/C went out in the middle of the night. My daughter Kelly had used Benefit Air for a check up on her A/C unit a few months ago and was happy with their service, so I called them. The technician Kyle came earlier than expected, which was great. Kyle diagnosed the problem quickly and explained in detail what the problem was. He fixed the problem and as we waited for the air to cool down the house, Kyle patiently answered the questions I had regarding how to set my thermostat and we discussed the best kind of filters to used for my A/C unit. Even though it was the end of the day, Kyle was willingly to stay to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about how an AC unit functioned and was very patient. I am recommending Benefit Air to my family and friends and I hope this positive review will generate more satisfied customers.

They have helped out on a few other occasions and since their technicians don't work on commission, I felt like I could trust what they were telling me. The team at Benefit Air installed a new Trane HVAC system in our home several years ago and did an excellent job! We have been on their semi-annual inspection program since and are very pleased. Benefit air installed a multi-zone mini split in our home back in October. It has been truly wonderful, until I got an error code that I was unable to locate in the instruction manual or online. Placed one call to benefit air, they set me up with an appointment the same week. Kyle came out today, was actually early, called me before he arrived to give me an ETA. He was able to identify and fix the error code. Not only did he spend the time locating the problem and fixing the problem, he helped me to learn how to take the filters out, very easy, and spent an additional 15 minutes or so checking the unit just to make sure that it was not going to repeat. Since I was still under warranty, there was no service call, no charge at all! Highly recommended.
