We are long time customers of Benefit Air and have been very pleased with them. We have found them courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and professional. No complaints.

Cole came out within 45 minutes of our call to work on our failing AC. He was able to quickly identify the problem that a prior company had looked over just a month earlier. He worked with our home warranty company. In less than an hour, he had our unit fixed and blowing colder than ever before. He was courteous, professional and made sure to take care of all our needs and questions. The best service call that me and my wife have experienced. We are very happy with the experience and will definitely recommend benefit air to all of our family and friends!

We were originally set up with another company but when we went for a second opinion Chuck came over did the assessment and he was able to break everything down to us to where we could understand it. He informed us that they would be here at 7:30 the next morning and they were. Our techs were Chuck and Jeremy, absolutely polite, clean and professional they jumped right in to get the job done. The Crane was to be here 10 o'clock it was actually a little bit early so everything went really fast but they took their time. They practiced safety with everything. When the install was complete they then walked us through how to use the thermostat and helped us to connect it to the phone. We will definitely keep using this company we will recommend this company to everybody. Five star 🌟 service. WE NOW HAVE PEACE OF MIND THEY WE MADE A SOLID INVESTMENT!!! ITS HARD TO STOP A TRANE!!! They went above and beyond when they did not have to. Extremely personable and had pleasurable interactions with all members of the benefit team. They showed up quicker than they needed to. Honestly, I can write a chapter on the experience and how great it was. They made sure I had what I needed, and honestly made sure I didnt pay for something I did not need.

I had a problem with my air conditioner blowing hot air 90+ in my home. Kyle came out and fixed it in no time at all. I am grateful to say that my home is cool again thanks to Kyle and Benefit Air Conditioning. Kyle is very professional and gets the job done right. I have health issues and need to have my home cool. They came out quickly during the time slot that they said they would be at my home. Very dependable and efficient. Superior service with high quality workmanship.

Benefit installed my new Trane units several years ago. The units work great. I have Benefit maintain them and I’m sure that’s part. Scheduling is always straightforward. If I ever have an issue, I’m confident they’ll be available and dependable

After having worked with companies that heavily advertise here in the valley, I finally went with the manufacturer's recommendation and called Benefit Air. These guys know the product (Trane) and they're small enough so that you even recognise the technicians after awhile, who also at least ACT like they remember you too. I have never been steered in a wrong direction by this company, sold stuff I didn't need or had to pay for "fixes" that didn't work. As long as I own a Trane, Benefit Air will do the maintenance.
