After my original AC unit gave out in the middle of the summer. Island breeze was able to visit my property quickly to get me an estimate for a new system. Despite the manufacturer being on back order, they were able to get me on the schedule very next day. They had the best price of the 4 quotes I got and am very pleased with my service

I was dealing with old AC units that made so much noise and wasn’t trusting them heading into this years summer. I gathered multiple quotes and Island breeze was the best price and had great reviews. They were so easy to work with they were able to get to my HVAC within a week. Installed of two units took under 8 hours and they were professional and courteous. Brandon was the technician that helped me both times — he is professional and courteous , and he was very communicative. He took the time to listen to my concerns and talk me through the options. The team will send out a text when they are on their way to your home, so there are no surprises. On the day of the install, they worked through the entire time to ensure the job was done as efficiently as possible. We are so happy with our new a/c.

First of all I was shocked that I was even able to get an appointment in one day, but they got me on the schedule and actually arrived earlier than my window.

Island Breeze came to the rescue when our 28 y.o. upstairs unit died right before the hot AZ summer commenced. Darrel went out of his way to come to the house the same day and assess the unit. We ordered what was recommended that day & were told it could take up to 4 - 5 wks for delivery & thankfully it arrived only 2 1/2 wks later. The VERY nice crew, headed up by Brandon, arrived promptly at 7 a.m. as scheduled (as did the crane operator). They took great care in everything that needed to be done & in a very professional manner. A tune-up on the downstairs unit was also done at our request and we received a detailed explanation of what was recommended by Brandon. We were given a fair price and accepted also, the offer to become "members" of the Peak Performance Plan, which will save us money in the future and keep our units in tip-top shape for these less-than-hospitable summers here in Phoenix! Julie and her assistant Allie have been delightful to deal with on the phone as well. We highly recommend this company!

I'm soooo happy with the experience of getting a mini split added to my house with this company. I got estimates from several different companies and this was the only one with a sales professional who had a background of installing these and knew what he was talking about. The installers showed up on time and even used floor tarps to protect my rugs from their shoes and equipment. The head installer had such attention to detail to make sure the unit was measured exactly center on the wall and provided the best spot for the outside unit. I would highly recommend this company for mini split installs and will be using them for when I need assistance for my main AC unit. Thank you so much!

I messaged Island Breeze just before 8 am on a Sunday because my home AC wasn’t working. By 9 am, Ernie was at my house. By 10 am he was finished and my AC was working again. Ernie was fast, polite, helpful, and got our AC back to life as we head into a very hot holiday week.

My AC unit went out yesterday (4th of July )in the middle of the day. Island Breeze not only took my call, they scheduled a technician to come out! I figured since it was the 4th of July and hottest temps all year it may be a few days…They told me the could have a technician out first thing in the morning between 8-10 am. Brandon showed up at 8:15. He was courteous and very professional. Asked a few questions and stated from what I told him of what the problem sounded like but he would like to take a look. Sure enough it was what he described. Brandon had the part I needed and 10 min later I had cool air blowing throughout my house.
