Did a great job with our old units.

Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. AC had been struggling to keep up with extreme heat this summer and finally stopped cooling bedrooms. I called a local highly rated ac guy who came out checked system pressure said all was good.
Darrel from Island breeze came out check entire system, explained everything he checked and his findings and what it all meant. He was able to complete repairs in a timely fashion and advised do's and don't to prolong ac life span. Bedrooms back to cool.

Brandon came out and fixed the problem. We had too much refrigerant in the system and it was stressing out the unit and making a loud noise. He came out within 2 hours of me calling for appointment. At first the noise was still there but after several hours the noise is gone. Definitely going to use island breeze from now on! Reasonable prices, professional and knowledgeable. No major upselling. The last place we used told us we needed new units very soon and that completely stressed us out. We had Darryl out several years ago but lost his contact info. So glad we found them again! Once you have someone you trust you have better peace of mind. Thank you Island Breeze. I will be recommending you to all my family and friends. ❤️

Darrel at Island Breeze is a lifesaver! We called at 9:15pm for a broken AC, in 115 degree weather on a Saturday night. He was here in just over 30 minutes and had us up and running shortly thereafter. He’s very friendly and professional. Would recommend him 100%.

Darrell was prompt with responding and coming out to take a look at what I needed. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything either-which I appreciate. The crew he sent out was professional and super friendly. They installed everything much quicker than I expected. Will definitely use them again.

Darrel put a new unit on my house and I’m very happy with the results! He installed a high seer trane unit to replace my old one and I love how quiet and energy efficient it is. Plus, he was on time for every interaction we had. I would highly recommend Island Breeze for anyone who needs A/C work done

Need a good, honest HVAC company? This is it. This company has integrity and will get you up and running. They go above beyond to be transparent and honest. The service was phenomenal. They know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!! I will never call a different company.

EDIT: My reply to their comment: This is absolutely untrue. We already discussed this on FB but apparently you’re okay with lying. My husband DID NOT TOUCH THE THERMOSTAT. The only people who touched it were Brandon and Darrel. My comments aren’t rude, they are true. I hope everyone can see how you treat your customers based on your interactions with me. I wouldn’t recommend you to my worst enemy.

We hired Island Breeze to install Nest thermostats for us. They were able to install the three downstairs without issue but the upstairs unit they had trouble with and ultimately said they couldn’t install the Nest on. That same day our AC stopped working upstairs (never had any issues prior to this and the house is only 3-4 years old). We called them back and the owner came out. He “fixed” it - only problem is the thermostat reads 15+ degrees higher than it actually is.

The owner, Darrel, came back again today and proceeded to tell my husband that he’s making stuff up and forcing them to fix an “old unit” - remember, it’s not old! - and told him that he knows nothing about HVAC even though he’s been building homes for 20 years.

He blatantly accused us of lying and then yelled at my husband and slammed our door and left.

Horrible service, aggressive behavior and he did this all in front of our children!! 😡
