He was polite and informative, taking the time to explain his inspection and showed pictures of items tested/reviewed during inspection. 04/12/23: I been using Island Breeze for many years so when it was time to replace my 16 yr old A/C unit it was a no brainer. Darrel and his Team are amazing. Excellent customer service, responsive, great communication, answering all of my questions throughout the process. They have wonderful 0% interest plans available which was a plus. They installed a brand new A/C unit and heating system within hours. They were here on time and never stopped working until the job was done. Not even for a pizza break we had provided for them until they were ready to pack it up for the day. That goes to show the work ethic of Darrel and his Team. I can't say enough about the quality of service and care you will get from Island Breeze.

Ernie was extremely helpful in trying to figure out why are unit kept tripping breaker. Exhausted all different scenarios and stayed until he ran out of ideas.

Had an issue on a Saturday and they came out within hours and helped me resolve thee problem I felt like I was treated very fairly, definitely would recommend.
