Tyler was my tech, he came out to maintenance my AC unit before the summer. He was very professional and very thorough on explaining the process and what he found during the maintenance process. We valued his professional opinion and went with his suggestion to upgrade our unit. I would definitely recommend island breeze as a company to take care of all of your AC units!

Island Breeze came out to diagnose my ac problem. In less than 1 minute he diagnosed the problem to be due to a bad capacitor. He showed me the ohm readings and he was correct, the capacitor was dead on the compressor side. He then said he would do me a favor and not charge me for the diagnosis. He then told me it would be 307 dollars for the capacitor. I bought one for 15.97. What a scam.

Of course I understand that you have expenses that’s why I paid him for the diagnosis. I am old 76 but not totally useless and we are on a fixed income so when I heard the price I was in shock because I knew the price of the part. Can you blame me for wanting to save 290 bucks? Minus your fee for coming out? That’s over 200 bucks saved for 5 minutes of my time. I was expecting maybe $175 bill and gladly would have paid it but I just thought this was greedy if not inconsiderate or elder abuse at the extreme. When I researched the problem before I called your company I was given a wide range from 80 to 400 bucks and it said it was dependent on the part cost.

Darrel came out right away when our AC was running hotter then what the home was set to. Fixed everything within an hour. I would 100% recommend this company! They are absolutely amazing. He will tell you the truth on the AC without trying to make an extra buck.

The tech was fantastic. John explained everything. My mom's air conditioner went out the night before July 4th. There was a horrible smell inside and outside the house. The fire Department checked for fire. A fireman told me about Island Breeze. I left message that night and I received a call the morning of 4th July. John was here at 8:15 am. 😳 It is probably electrical and the electrician is on his way. To be continued... 🤗👍🇺🇸

These guys are a great company, my technician Tyler was on time and professional and not bothered at all by me looking over his shoulder the entire time. He completed the work efficiently as ordered. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs hvac services.
