Woke up with AC issues on my older unit. Saw a few neighbors recommending David on nextdoor and decided to give him a call. He was able to stop by and fix the issue within just a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable about my unit and took the time to answer a few questions I had. Definitely will be giving him a call next time as well.

I called David first thing in the morning and explained what was going on with my unit, he was at my house with the problem diagnosed before I go home from work... 5 stars! We arrived from out of town late one evening to 90+ deg. inside the house and an error on the thermostat. As issues were discovered, each was explained in real time with pictures and costs.
They returned first thing the following morning to change parts, service both A/C units and didn't leave until they knew they were functioning well.

Hands down best service. David is professional, attentive but above all trustworthy. As a small business owner he truly helped to resolve my a/c issue in my place of business. He arrive promptly and came to the rescue on 2 separate occasions. He really educated me about the issue and remedied the solution quickly. David of Biltmore Mechanical is an absolute TREASURE! My A/C unit stopped working and I was completely gutted. David came out within a couple hours of my call and diagnosed my problem with integrity. He could have went the easy way out and told me my A/C was from the stone age (it's REALLY old) and there was no hope. Instead, he assessed and communicated the parts I needed in a step-wise fashion. I contacted Biltmore Mechanical and David came out the next day to troubleshoot my AC UNIT. It seems that the 2 stage function was unplugged and never wired inside the unit and my thermostat. David quickly troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Will use again for future needs.
