I can't say enough good things about David. I'm an out-of-state landlord who got a text from my tenant that the AC unit had stopped working. David had the best price, was super friendly to work with, did a good job, and in general just runs a really professional outfit. I found This company online after another HVAC company was unable to figure out why my AC unit was leaking from the return vent. David was able to figure it out and corrected the problem. After doing that I had him service the unit. He informed me at that time there were many issues with it. So I had him replace with a brand new one. Upon the first installation attempt, he was able to see a plumber was needed to cap a water line. He was able to refer a plumber who capped water lines and wound up replacing my hot heater that was in VERY bad shape. All this was especially helpful as I am an absentee landlord. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

My ac went out and as usual , it always happens on the weekend and when we have over 100 degrees.. Biltmore Mechanical to the rescue!
I found them on Yelp and they had very good reviews so I called. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and polite, promised that they will be at my place between 12 and 4 pm THE SAME DAY!!!
The technician ran a bit behind but called and said he will be another hour, since he is the other side of the valley,
and so it was! he was polite informative, fixed my problem in about an hour, his price was very reasonable!! I highly recommend David and Biltmore Mechanical and cooling!
