I had my AC communication control boards replaced by a small company about 3 weeks ago. Recently I noticed the 2 boards flashing red light which concerned me greatly... I contacted the technician but was told it was a non-issue. I thought if the system worked properly, it should flash green light instead.... So I called Trane's customer service to find out if the board had green light capability, the rep was not sure and told me to contact Benefit Air Conditioning for a 2nd opinion, so I did. Anthony, the customer service manager, answered the phone right away. After asking me a few questions of the unit, he assured me that the unit was working fine. I am writing this review because I really appreciate the fact that, after knowing the phone call was for 2nd opinion, Anthony did not try to set me up for a service call, instead, he patiently explained how to detect problems if there were any. His professional knowledge has greatly put my concerns at ease. Thank you, Anthony, for being so gracious. Benefit Air Conditioning has earned my respect and will be my go-to AC company in the future.

AC went out at the end of June. Called Benefit Air after my landlord's guy didn't answer his phone for an entire day. They came out the next day and fixed it quickly. Kyle was on time and professional, and did an amazing job.

My parents were using home warranty to insure their air conditioning units. A few weeks ago, they went on vacation and both of their air conditioners went down. Home warranty left my elderly parents without air conditioning for three days before telling them they could not get the evaporator coil for one and it needed replacement. The other machine also had a crack in the evaporator coil and had a bad motor. Home warranty did not authorize the technicians that came out to fix these problems. My parents were at their wits end as it was 115 outside that whole week.
Upon calling Benefit AC, Chuck came out, assessed the situation, sized the machine requirements, and was able to give them a very reasonable price for replacing both units with a warranty for parts and labor. The units were installed quickly and efficiently two days later. Chuck and Kyle worked in the blistering heat all day to ensure we had cooling over the weekend to come.
Another week would pass and the monsoons came. Our roof began to leak. Even though we knew it was most likely not related to the new units, Benefit AC sent Chuck out to assess the situation again. Their roof needs work and the leak was unrelated to the new machines. Chuck took the time to clear the roof of debris and cleared the gutters that were clogged with debris as well. My family cannot begin to tell you how thrilled we are with Benefit AC service department for their care and professionalism. Thank you!

It is horrible. I never leave reviews. Good or bad. I had to do it this time. These guys are great! I have used them on two homes and they are always responsive, friendly, and honest. When I need to get my AC units replaced in the future these guys are going to get the call. Thank you!

Everyone I had an interaction with it at Benefit was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
I was impressed with the maintenance service call technician for my first experience, and I eventually had a brand new HVAC system installed by them.
They did a great job on the install and new ductwork in one day with good clean up and excellent communication throughout the process.

Benefit Air was very responsive from the start to end of the repair process. Their senior tech Chuck was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem with our system that was restricting air flow to two upstairs bedrooms. He also has made recommendations on proper preventive maintenance, including the use of the properly designed filters.

I highly recommend this company. When it is 111 degrees you cannot afford to chose the wrong AC company! You will also enjoy working with their amiable scheduler Anthony.

We recently had a crisis with a rental unit, Paul evaluated it on a holiday weekend, promised me the tenants were cool and were happy to know that a new Trane unit was on its way! I've used Benefit Air multiple times. They replaced 2 AC units for me, fixed 2 and helped my clients with inspections to ensure their system would be working when they purchased it. Paul Howard has been a huge help in guiding me through everything I needed. He shows up on time and explains everything I need to know about my unit so I can make an educated decision. I have only had good experiences with them and will be using them again in the future

Jeremy came to our house to do maintenance on our roof heat pump and in-house air purifier, known as a Trane Clear Aire. J was professional and friendly and did not miss a beat as far as covering all maintenance activities. I could converse with him lightly without his being too distracted. He was willing to answer questions I had about what manner of air conditioning machine I should get when the warranty ran out of the one he serviced. He should consider getting covid-19 immunization for the sake of Benefit customers who are prone to the disease (I had my shots). I have never regretted using Benefit air; all the workpeople we have seen seem to be a class act whose company I would recommend.
