I first heard of Benefit Air conditioning on 9.60am radio. From My first contact with Becky, who answered the phone to Anthony, in the service department and then to Kyle the technician. Excellent Excellent service. Every detail was explained to me, I was informed what was good on the air conditioning, what was bad and my options of how to fix it. This is my first experience with Benefit air conditioning and I will continue to use only them, the price was within my budget. But the customer service, and the honesty and integrity was phenomenal. Thank You Benefit air.

I have 6 AC units for this big house. Kole was here for several hours chemically cleaning all the coils as well as checking all parts, adding refrigerant where needed etc. He worked efficiently and left everything the way he found it. He explained exactly what he did and discussed taking a yearly contract to maintain the units in order to keep both heat and cold working efficiently. I agreed to take the yearly service for biannual tune ups and any problems any of the units experience. I have always been satisfied with the service I have received from Benefit Air from Anthony on the phone in the office to Kole and past service representatives.

The tech called 30min stating he was on his way. After his arrival, he engaged me conversation to better learn what issues I had been experiencing. Then he went to work diagnosing my two units on the side of the house. He was very competent and explained what he was checking and gave me a brief explanation of the inter-working of my system. After that, he moved inside with a plethora of sensors and probes to test temp and flow through my house. He made a few suggestions on my filters and how to manage replacement schedules on a regular basis.

I felt I was in very good hands with Benefit AC. I will have them out once a year going forward for my annual maintenance or any heating/cooling issues I experience in the meantime. Don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Kyle arrived early. After thoroughly checking out the AC unit, he determined that my issue might be with the thermostat, which he replaced. Hopefully that solves the problem.

Unfortunately, thermostat wasn't the problem. Kyle ended up replacing the AC circuit breaker. This cost me several hundred dollars 😔. I live in an older home and expect things to need replacing from time to time.

They were amazing to work with. My AC went out, and they were able to come out same day to bandaid it back so we had air until they could install our new system. This was very important for my family since it was 110 degrees plus during this time! The overall experience from their service tech to the install crew was impressive. I highly recommend them to anyone for all your AC needs!

Highly recommend Benefit Air for any of your HVAC needs! We've had Benefit come out to our home twice now and both times, Kole was professional, friendly and very knowledgable.

Our AC broke late in the evening last night and I received a call back quickly and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful. They came this afternoon and had us up and running within an hour. I trust Benefit Air really cares about their customers.

I've used Benefit air for many years and habe always been more than satisfied with their service. Recently my A.C. unit started to do a less than adequate job of cooling down my house. It was 106 outside and the best my unit could do was cool the inside down to 88. I called Benefit Air and made an appointment for them to come out. They stated up front that the service call would be $84 minimum. After finding that my unit was low on refrigerant the technician told me there was a leak in the system. The good news was the leak was in a weld where they had replaced the compressor nearly two years ago. The even better news was the labor was still under the two year labor warranty by 10 days. Yes, 10 days! The technician was on the roof for nearly 4 hours fixing the leak. Near the end it was over 104 degrees with no shade on the roof. When he finished, I asked him what I owed him and he said, "Nothing." He could have easily said the leak was some where other than the compressor and I would have had to believe him. I've always had this type of honest service from Benefit Air and I have recommended them to others many times. I think their motto could be, "Benefit Air, where you benefit from our honesty." Thank you Benefit Air for your great service and my now cool home.

After replacing my HVAC unit last year this great company followed through with checking up on it for free. They also have a great maintenance program available. My service person was polite, dressed appropriately and very professional. What more could you ask for??

This is now my second year using benefit air. I have a 12 year old unit I have had other companies come out and do basic maintenance on over the years. When benefit air came out they identified maintenance issues that have been overlooked and neglected particularly in relation to the power consumption and electrical issues. This had been mentioned to me previously once before by another company but no recommendations or service has been done by them. Benefit air took care of it and my unit has been working great since. Their staff is professional and courteous. I would recommend them to a friend.
