My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!

ABC Air has always been responsive to our calls and the clients whom we refer to. I can always trust an honest assessment and reasonable solution for needed repairs. They do not try to up sale the job with unneeded repairs. Great company!

We bought a new ac unit from abc, and couldn't be happier. We shopped around and they by far had the best price. We keep or house at 60° all night even in the summer and our electric bill still dropped by about 75% (which was enough to cover the payment for most of the year). Best decision ever to go with abc.

PS customer service is FANTASTIC

They responded quickly, gave a fair price, were on time as promised, installed my new AC system inside and in the attic with minimal intrusion and followed up in person tat my home to see if I had questions about the operation of the system. Highly recommend them!!!!
