Bill has been taking care of my air conditioning and heating needs for years. I have never been disappointed in the service and high level of professionalism. Hector is part of his crew and does an awesome job! He installed my new Reems heat pump water heater that is awesome. It has cut my energy costs for heating water tremendously. I had to replace water heaters 3 times in the 13 years I have been here. Since this went in 2 years ago it has paid fort itself in replacement, servicing, electrical cost. Bill mentioned to me about it and I did my research and asked asked him to install it. The best decision I ever made. I am now a little over 1.5 years since he installed my new Trane Heat pump. My old Goodman was costing more to repair and operate as my new purchase. It is awesome to see my electric bill for heating and cooling cut in half. This unit will pay for itself within 5 years and still have a warranty for years to come! After having been with several of the other heating and air companies in the valley I can honestly say I have never received as good of service or as cost effective service as I have received with Bill and Worlock Heating and AC repair!

Best air conditioning company around very organized and neat. Bill and Rebecca worked with my budget and made sure I had the best system for my home. Install was extremely fast I had some issues with my install because my attic was small but they handled it like it was nothing in 110 degree heat ture professionals at work I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any heat or cooling. Financing with them was a breeze payment plans are extremely affordable. Thank you so much for your help and I'm now enjoying my new air conditioner!! 👍😀

A truly awesome company from the owners to the installation crew. They were professional, prompt and caring. My HVAC unit went out on a Sunday night and I was called back immediately. Hector and his crew showed up at 5;15 the next morning and got it running. I ended up needing a new unit and the new unit was installed with no problems the very next morning. We were shown pictures of the new unit and all that had been done since it was on the roof. We were walked through how to program and use the new thermostat. I highly recommend Worlock Heating and AC Repair. This type of outstanding service is very hard to come by these days.

My ac died on me about a week ago, did a quick google search and found this family owned company. Their pricing was comparable to other AC companies here in Scottsdale, but their service was outstanding. I already referred this company to my relatives who live in the east valley. Excellent communication skills this owner has as well as quality workmanship!

I can't say enough about Bill and his amazing team. From the sweet lady that answered the phone to Bill and his crew that fixed my a/c in no time. They not only fixed my a/c perfectly they checked my other unit for free. Worlock Air is fast, efficient, and very professional. Also, I felt the prices were reasonable. They are the only a/c company I refer to my friends now!

We were in dire need of a new A/C unit in the dead of summer and over a holiday week. Warlock came out the same day we contacted them and provided a thorough explanation of what we needed and what it would cost. They also provided many financing options to work with our budget. They were the lowest quote we got and for the highest quality product: A Trane. After the hour they spent, they let us know they could install the new unit the very next day and we would be cool again by 2pm in the afternoon. The crew showed up when they said, and got right to work. They were very respectful of our home. When they finished- within a hour of when they said they would finish, Hector showed us how to use our new thermostat. It was so hot...and they never complained. We also did not feel like they rushed either. We are very happy we found Worlock and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

The Worlock company gave us the best quote for an A/C unit. We got about 5 quotes. They got the job and installed our unit the very next day.
The team that was here worked together very well. They were courteous and professional and we would highly recommend them.

Bill, Matt, Nick and Jarrett were very professional and thorough. They worked hard and didn’t stop until the job was completed. All were courteous, knowledgeable and polite. They cleaned as they went. No Mess! They even brought their own vacuum. Yes! You heard that right. We have a beautiful system now. I can’t believe we waited so long. Thank you!
