There’s a reason why word of mouth is still the strongest form of reassurance when you choose a company. Bill was nothing short of professional and I got to know him more on a personal level one family man to another. I had gotten multiple estimates before deciding to go with Worlock Air Conditioning. It was a fair price and between Bill and his tech Dammond they had everything up and running within hours. Bill also was able to identify a huge reason why cooling down my house was an uphill battle. The duct work on the original install was improperly done thus causing dirt to find its way into the ducts and cold air to leak into my attic. I’m a huge supporter of small businesses and family owned because this is what sets the bar of expectation. I would highly recommend Worlock Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs.

I had the honor to get Worlock AC to fix our home Air conditioning unit.
We had issues with the A/C motor in the attic humming before the blower started to work. The first company came in to take a look and the technician tried to fix the unit, He had issues and he said that he didn’t have the expertise to fix this type of issue. A couple days later, a second company came to take a look, He said that he had to change the full unit at great cost and time. I called Worlock AC and Heating right away to inquire. He came next day said that they can fix the issues. The technician in less than half hour he had the motor and blower out considering that this is a small entry thru the bathroom. The technician took the motor to Lenox to make sure they were getting the correct motor and blower. They fixed the unit the same day. We recommend Worlock for their expertise, efficiency and great customer service. We barely can hear the A/C working. It runs very smooth and well. We are very happy customers.

Worlock AC discovered serious gas leaks in the HVAC system of our new home. They repaired many problems that had been unknown by the previous home owner. After going thru the process of getting quotes to replace AC units and heating system, Worlock put other companies to shame, not only did they inform and educate about the differences on different units/brands, they explained in detail about the units, did not push for any in particular. Bill shared some of the pictures of other installs and was very impressed, Rubecca explained financing options available. I decided to hire them and was very impressed with their punctuality, heating crew and AC crew installation was on point, very clean and their quality is really good, they take pride on what they do and it shows!! Worlock Air Conditioning did a wonderful job installing two separate units and the corresponding Heating Systems. They showed up when they said they would ( took two days), hauled away the old units and installed everything new including the electrical box for each unit. I would not hesitate to use Worlock again.
